Phillips was selected in the fourth round, 113th overall, during the 2023 NFL Draft. He's joined by 2020 first-rounder Jeff Okudah, 2018 first-rounder Mike Hughes and Tre Flowers as new additions to a CB corps that's led by A.J. Terrell. Phillips isn't the most athletic player, but he has natural instincts and could be a ballhawk for Atlanta's improved secondary.
