There aren't any games scheduled for Thanksgiving, so the league has scheduled 15 games for tonight. The starts are skewed towards 7 p.m. ET, with nine of the games set to start at that time, but the rest of the matches are spread out, including three 10 p.m. starts.
SLATE PREVIEW
Colorado is a massive favorite against San Jose, based on FanDuel's moneyline, with the Avalanche being minus-375 to the Sharks' plus-290. San Jose shouldn't be underestimated – the Sharks are a strong 11-5-1 after going 0-4-2 over their first six games. At the same time, Colorado has a 16-1-5 record and has won its past nine games, so the Avalanche are the favorites against any opponent at this time. Aside from that game, the heaviest favorites are Carolina (minus-196), Tampa Bay (minus-196) and Florida (minus-178) against the Rangers (plus-162), Calgary (plus-162) and Philadelphia (plus-146), respectively.
GOALIES
Andrei Vasilevskiy, TBL vs. CAL ($7,900): Vasilevskiy has won his past four games while allowing just three goals on 100 shots (.970 save percentage). He now has a 9-5-2 record, 2.36 GAA and .911 save percentage in 16 appearances this year. Meanwhile, the Flames rank 31st in goals per game with 2.38.
Ilya Sorokin, NYI vs. BOS ($7,800): Sorokin has stopped 49 of 51 shots (.961 save percentage) across his past two games, so he's entering this game on a strong note. That's in contrast to the Bruins, who have gone 1-3-0 across their past four games. The 30-year-old Sorokin has a 7-6-2 record, 2.67 GAA and .905 save percentage through 15 outings this year.
Casey DeSmith, DAL at SEA ($7,700): Jake Oettinger got the nod against Edmonton on Tuesday, so DeSmith will probably start tonight. DeSmith has been a solid understudy this year, posting a 4-1-2 record, 2.22 GAA and .917 save percentage in seven outings in 2025-26. Seattle is tied for 27th in goals per game with 2.65, so this is a favorable matchup.
VALUE PLAYS
Ivan Demidov, MON at UTA ($5,000): Demidov is on a three-game scoring streak in which he's collected four assists. He's leading all rookies in the rookie scoring race with 17 points (four goals) in 21 outings in 2025-26.
Dylan Holloway, STL at NJD ($4,900): After breaking out with 26 goals and 63 points in 77 regular-season outings last year, Holloway got off to a quiet start this campaign. However, he's recorded a point in each of his past two games (one goal, one assist) after going on a three-game goal-scoring streak from Nov. 8 to 14, so the 24-year-old is starting to heat up.
Sam Bennett, FLA vs. PHI ($4,900): Bennett is on a roll with two goals and four points across his past four appearances. His nine points through 22 outings this year still put him below his normal scoring pace – he finished the 2024-25 regular season with a career-high 51 points – but it wouldn't be surprising if Bennett picks up the pace as the campaign progresses.
FORWARD LINE STACKS
Lightning vs. Flames
Anthony Cirelli (C - $6,300), Nikita Kucherov (W - $7,800), Brandon Hagel (W - $6,800)
Kucherov is on a six-game scoring streak, collecting three goals and 11 points over that stretch. That brings him up to 10 goals and 25 points in 20 outings this year. Although it's still relatively early, it wouldn't be surprising to see him reach the 100-point mark for the fourth consecutive regular season.
He's the highlight of this line but far from the only star. Hagel has 11 goals and 22 points, including four goals and seven points in his past two games, while Cirelli has two goals and four points in his last two appearances, bringing him up to nine goals and 16 points in 18 outings.
Red Wings vs. Predators
Dylan Larkin (C - $7,500), Lucas Raymond (W - $7,200), Emmitt Finnie (W - $4,600)
Raymond is red hot with three goals and 12 points across his past eight outings. He's been held off the scoresheet just once over that stretch. That run has pushed Raymond up to seven goals and 24 points across 21 outings in 2025-26. Larkin has been enjoying just as strong a season, collecting 13 goals and 25 points through 23 appearances.
The 20-year-old Finnie hasn't been as impressive with his five goals and 11 points across 23 appearances, but he's collected a goal and three points over his past four outings.
DEFENSEMEN
Cale Makar, COL vs. SJS ($7,600): Makar has nine goals and 29 points across 22 appearances this year. He's been both great and consistent – Makar has been held off the scoresheet just four times in 2025-26.
Quinn Hughes, VAN at ANA ($6,800): Hughes has a goal and 14 points over his past eight appearances. That run includes six power-play points, bringing him up to 11 points with the man advantage and 21 points overall through 18 outings this year.
Moritz Seider, DET vs. NAS ($6,200): Seider has recorded at least 40 points in each of the past four regular seasons, and he should easily reach that mark again this year after collecting three goals and 16 points through 23 outings this year. The 24-year-old has recorded at least a point in six of his last seven outings, collecting two goals and 10 points in that span.
