SLATE PREVIEW
The Jets at -200 have the best odds of winning Tuesday in their matchup against Columbus (plus-164), based on FanDuel's Moneyline. Dallas (minus-172), Vegas (minus-172), Tampa Bay (minus-170) and Detroit (minus-170) are also heavy favorites against the Islanders (plus-142), the Rangers (plus-142), New Jersey (plus-140) and Seattle (plus-140), respectively. Columbus-Winnipeg and Utah-San Jose are projected to be the highest scoring days with an over/under of 6.5, while the rest of the games are at 5.5.
GOALIES
Spencer Knight, CHI vs. CAL ($7,800): Getting Knight has proven to be a nice add for Chicago. He's solidified the team's goaltending, posting a 7-3-3 record, 2.42 GAA and .924 save percentage in 13 outings this year. Calgary has struggled with a 5-12-3 record and ranks last in goals per game with 2.10, so this is a favorable matchup for the netminder.
Yaroslav Askarov, SJS vs. UTA ($7,600): Askarov is on a roll with a 4-1-0 record, 1.19 GAA and .965 save percentage across his past five outings. Utah is a solid adversary, but the Mammoth might be tired given that this is their second game in as many nights.
Joseph Woll, TOR vs. STL ($7,000): Woll looked solid in his season debut Saturday, stopping 29 of 32 shots en route to a 3-2 loss to Chicago. The 'Hawks have been good this year, but St. Louis is 6-9-4, so Woll has a better shot of winning this game.
VALUE PLAYS
Nicholas Robertson, TOR vs. STL ($4,900): Robertson has been one of the best value plays recently, recording four goals and nine points over his past nine outings. It remains to be seen if the 24-year-old can keep this up, but he's at least a nice grab for now.
Teuvo Teravainen, CHI vs. CAL ($4,800): Teravainen is on a three-game scoring streak, providing two goals and four points over that stretch. He's up to four goals and 13 points in 18 outings in 2025-26, putting him on track to surpass the 50-point mark for the third straight regular season.
Tyler Seguin, DAL vs. NYI ($4,700): Seguin got off to a quiet start with three goals and five points through 13 outings, but he's found a nice rhythm. Across his past six appearances, Seguin has collected four goals and five points. This has still been an underwhelming start for the 33-year-old overall, so he's got more upside.
FORWARD LINE STACKS
Stars vs. Islanders
Wyatt Johnston (C - $7,200), Mikko Rantanen (W - $7,900), Sam Steel (W - $3,900)
Rantanen has unsurprisingly been the highlight of this line. He has nine goals and 26 points this season, including a stellar 14 points (five goals) across his past eight outings. Johnston has been a more than capable center for him, providing five goals and 11 points over that same eight-game span, bringing him up to 11 goals and 21 points in 19 appearances this year.
By contrast, Steel hasn't been particularly productive offensively with two goals and seven points in 19 appearances in 2025-26, and he's been held off the scoresheet across his past four games. You could consider him anyway, given his linemates, but a fantastic alternative if you can afford the upgrade is Jason Robertson ($7,700). Robertson is red hot with six goals and 14 points in his last eight appearances.
Jets vs. Blue Jackets
Mark Scheifele (C - $7,300), Kyle Connor (W - $7,800), Gabriel Vilardi (W - $6,000)
Scheifele had a bit of a quiet stretch with an assist across four games from Nov. 4-11, but he's shrugged that off by producing two goals and an assist over his past two games. He's also having a great campaign overall with 11 goals and 24 points through 18 appearances.
Connor has been productive too, supplying 10 goals and 22 points in 18 outings in 2025-26. He's on a four-game scoring streak in which he's collected two goals and three assists. Vilardi has been the least productive member of this group, but his six goals and 14 points through 18 outings are still a solid amount of offense, making it worth grabbing him to round out the line.
DEFENSEMEN
Josh Morrissey, WPG vs. CLM ($6,600): Morrissey is entering tonight's action amid a five-game scoring streak in which he's collected two goals and eight points. That gives him three goals and 19 points through 18 outings this season. Cale Makar and Quinn Hughes are the only defensemen ahead of him in the scoring race.
Morgan Rielly, TOR vs. STL ($5,900): Rielly is off to a great start offensively with three goals and 15 points across 18 outings in 2025-26. He's been held off the scoresheet just once in his last eight appearances, recording a goal and nine points in that span.
Luke Hughes, NJD at TBL ($5,200): For a relatively inexpensive defenseman, Hughes is a decent source of offense. He has a goal and 11 points through 18 appearances this year, and he's trending in the right direction after recording a goal and four points over his past three outings. Hughes has just three power-play points, but two of those have been recorded in those three games.
