49ers vs Seahawks Predictions & Odds for NFL Playoffs Divisional Round (2026)

The Seattle Seahawks take on the banged-up San Francisco 49ers in the lone division-rivalry of the 2025-26 NFL Divisional Round. The Seahawks haven't totally escaped the injury bug, either, as Sam Darnold's oblique injury looms large in this one. Even so, Seattle enters this one as seven-point home favorites at most sportsbooks. You can bet those odds using a bet365 bonus code

Below, the RotoWire staff will give you our expert 49ers vs Seahawks predictions, including everything you need to know about the spread, over/under, and more.

49ers vs Seahawks Prediction

The San Francisco 49ers have been decimated by injuries on both sides of the ball. They'll be without studs like Fred Warner, George Kittle, and Nick Bosa – and that's just the tip of the iceberg. Seattle is mostly healthy, but Sam Darnold popped up on the injury report earlier this week with an oblique issue. While it's looking like he'll go, that injury could really limit the Seahawks' explosive passing attack.

Even so, Seattle has too many advantages to ignore. The Seahawks' defense is the best unit in this game. I think they'll carry the team to a low-scoring victory.

The Seahawks held San Francisco to three points the last time these two met in a pivotal Week 18 showdown. Neither Trent Williams or Ricky Pearsall played in that one, and both look like they're playing tonight. But the loss of George Kittle, who tore his Achilles last week, offsets that. I'd expect SF to struggle moving the ball.

On the other side, I think Seattle's run game will be too much for San Francisco to handle. The 49ers allowed a successful run at the second-highest rate in the league. Even if Darnold isn't 100%, the Seahawks should be able to control the game with Kenneth Walker and Zach Charbonnet.
