Gameweek 35 did not produce as many points from Bargain Bin eligible players as the previous week, but that did not mean it was devoid of potential. Harry Kane and Connor Wickham continued their scoring tears to find the net once again. Five clean sheets also added plenty of points from the defensive positions. Shane Long attempted four shots against Arsenal before being forced off at halftime with a calf injury. Steven Naismith followed up his goal last week with a four-shot performance; he now has 16 shots in his last five matches, leading to three goals. Javier Hernandez came off the bench and managed just one shot attempt. Jason Puncheon was unable to put a shot on target against West Ham United. Jordon Mutch managed to get one of his three shot attempts on target against Stoke City, but it did not lead to a goal.

Other notes: Yannick Bolasie assisted on four shot attempts against West Ham United, but his Crystal Palace teammates were unable to put any into the back of the net. Entering the weekend, Bolasie had picked up assists in two consecutive matches. Mohamed Salah received another start for Chelsea but managed just one shot attempt and two assisted shots.
The clean sheets in Gameweek 34 came from more regular places. Although Everton struggled against Crystal Palace, they managed to keep a clean sheet against Sunderland in the weekend match. Chelsea remained the league's most dominant defense with another clean sheet, and Crystal Palace extended their shutout streak to three against Aston Villa.

Other notes: Vito Mannone allowed an early goal against Chelsea, but stopped another 14 shots in the Sunderland upset victory. Although both David Marshall and Asmir Begovic allowed goals via penalty, they were perfect in open play.
Gameweek 36 has plenty of intrigue. While Liverpool are on their way to wrapping up a Premier League title, the chance of Chelsea playing a 'B' squad has bargain hunters licking their chops. Liverpool haven't been great defensively, and cheaper Chelsea options could become available to take advantage of their playing time. The other side of that token is Liverpool could take advantage of playing a lesser-quality Chelsea side and their bargain players could be seeing more value (especially from the defensive positions). For what it's worth, the Bargain Bin is more in line with the latter opinion that Liverpool will relish the chance to lock up a championship against Chelsea.
Other key bargain matchups include Tottenham traveling to take on a struggling Stoke City squad, Fulham and Hull clashing in a relegation battle, and Everton looking to keep pace in a battle for the final Champions League spot against Southampton. For the players this week that could provide the most value, here are the Bargain Bin players for Gameweek 36:
Goalkeeper
Hugo Lloris and Tottenham will travel to take on Stoke City. The Potters attempt the fewest shots per match this season and that should play right into Spurs' hands. Tottenham have been dominant against the three squads that rank at the bottom in shot attempts, outscoring the opponents 8-0, including a 3-0 victory over Stoke City back in December. Saturday should be more of the same as Tottenham look to hold on to their Europa League hopes.
Defenders
Younes Kaboul has been the hot defender for the Tottenham defense. While the defense have not kept many clean sheets of late, we already discussed their chances are much improved this weekend against Stoke City. Kaboul gets the recommendation here thanks to his ability to produce offensively in recent matches. Kaboul has a goal and an assist in his last three matches, and if we have learned anything in recent weeks, it is to ride the hot hand. A good matchup and good recent form make Kaboul a good play this weekend.
Sascha Riether was unable to play last weekend due to illness. It appears that should be all cleared up in time for him to face Hull City on Saturday. The Fulham defense have not been dominant by any means this season, but the change in goal to David Stockdale has shown some positive results. In fact, Fulham have kept clean sheets in two of their last three home matches and will be facing a Tigers squad that have been shut out in four of their seven away matches in 2014, scoring just two goals in their last four matches overall. Riether should be ready to help Fulham in the key relegation battle.
Midfielders
Ross Barkley has quietly been having a very nice season. Sure, he has only managed five goals, but that has come in limited time. He's actually been making some noise in the Everton attack ever since returning from his most recent injury. Since March 22 (when Barkley rejoined the Everton starting XI), he has attempted the fifth-most shot attempts among all midfielders, and that has translated to two goals. With Kevin Mirallas out for the remainder of the season, Barkley should be in line for even more action and an increase in chances to produce goals. Southampton are coming off a clean sheet, but have struggled recently against top competition. In 2014, the Saints have had four matchups against teams in the top five of the table and have allowed a total of 12 goals. The last time these two teams met, Everton scored twice and they will certainly be looking for a similar result this weekend.
Morgan Amalfitano and West Brom will be in a key relegation match against West Ham United. He has started the last four matches and scored in two of them, finding the back of the net against Cardiff City and Norwich City. The other two opponents were Tottenham and Manchester City. West Ham are not of the quality of Tottenham nor Manchester City. In fact, the last time the Baggies and the Hammers squared off, it ended 3-3. Expect some more fireworks Saturday and look for Amalfitano to be involved.
Forwards
Harry Kane is the hottest commodity at the Bargain Bin since Romelu Lukaku was eligible at the beginning of the season. Three goals in his last three games is fantastic. Can he make it four straight? We discussed Tottenham taking advantage of teams that attempt few shots per match, and Saturday should be no different. He is involved enough to have full confidence that he can make some noise for another week against Stoke City.
Steven Naismith is another Everton player that sees an increase in value due to the Mirallas injury. But Naismith was producing even before Mirallas went down. He has three goals in his last five matches and has seen an influx of opportunities and shot attempts since joining Everton's starting XI. Everton will be looking to score against Southampton and their chances will be good as previously discussed, so look for Naismith to capitalize.
