Sandro Tonali

Tonali completed his first full year with Newcastle after he was suspended for most of his debut season, starting 28 of 36 appearances. He plays deepest of Newcastle's midfielders, which led to only four goals and two assists, but his upside was seen later in the season when he took set pieces. While that's not a certainty in the new season, there's a chance Tonali may have won the job and if that's the case, set pieces from a defensive midfielder gives you a little bit of everything in fantasy, something that could be useful later in drafts.
