2025 Fantasy Outlook
Injuries cost Adams the first couple months of the season, but once he was fit he quickly earned starting minutes in holding midfield. While he didn't top 2,000 minutes he showed his quality and earned more minutes as the seasons progressed, forming a nice pairing with Ryan Christie at the base of the midfield. He added three assists, though he's a true defensive midfielder, with just 18 chances created and nine shots. Adams will be a rock-solid starter next season, with limited offensive upside.

Keeps role in midfield
Adams started all seven Premier League games this season for Bournemouth, remaining a defensive anchor in the midfield.
ANALYSIS
Adams started the season in the same fashion he ended the last one, as the main defensive anchor in the midfield for the Cherries. He has contributed well in the defensive area with 18 tackles, 15 interceptions and 11 clearances in seven appearances, helping the team secure two clean sheets. That said, his offensive contributions look a bit behind last season since he has created only one chance so far and appeared to have more opportunities previously, failing to register a goal contribution this campaign.

Latest Fantasy Rumors

Brighton to chase him?
Brighton could try to sign Adams before the transfer window closes at the end of the month, according to The Independent.
ANALYSIS
The Seagulls have tons of money to spend following the departure of Moises Caicedo, who signed with Chelsea, but they also need to sign a replacement. Adams fits the bill there, as he's a young player who can slot into the starting lineup right away. Plus, he can handle the intensity of the Premier League after playing for Leeds last season.
