Best MLB Bets for ALCS Game 7: Mariners vs. Blue Jays
Over 7.5 total runs, +112 @ BetRivers
Game 6 of the ALCS on Sunday ended with a 6-2 win for the Blue Jays, meaning each of the last five matchups in the series have ended with eight or more total runs scored. Even though the tension will be at its highest in this win-or-go-home Game 7 at Rogers Centre, it's hard to see this trend fading away in what figures to be the biggest game of the season for both teams. It's worth noting that Game 6 could've ended with a higher run total, but the Mariners left the bases loaded with one out in both the second and third innings, so Toronto was fortunate to give up only two runs. With the Blue Jays being an elite force at the plate and with their best players seeing the ball very well, expect this game to be a high-scoring matchup once again.

Vladimir Guerrero: Over 1.5 total bases, -104 @ DraftKings
It's safe to say that Guerrero has come alive in the postseason and seems ready to carry the Blue Jays to the World Series for the first time since the 1993 season. Guerrero went hitless in the first two games of the ALCS but has been unstoppable since, recording multi-hit efforts in three of his subsequent four contests and recording multiple bases each time. He went 2-for-4 with a mammoth homer in Game 6, and it wouldn't be shocking if he continues his impressive streak in his decisive Game 7. Guerrero is hitting 11-for-39 in the playoffs, slashing .462/.532/1.000 with six homers, 12 RBI, 11 runs scored and an elite 2:6 K:BB. He's only 2-for-9 with a double against Kirby in his career, but given how good he's been swinging the bat in this postseason, it wouldn't be a wise decision to bet against Guerrero.

Eugenio Suarez: Over 0.5 home runs, +433 @ Bet365
Even though Cal Raleigh is a popular pick to go yard almost every game, and rightfully so after leading the majors in the regular season, it's hard to forget that Suarez has a ton of power as well. The third baseman, who was acquired by the Mariners before the trade deadline from the Diamondbacks, launched a career-high 49 homers in the regular season. Plus, Suarez went 2-for-3 with two home runs, five RBI and a walk during Friday's win over Toronto in Game 5 of the ALCS, so it's proven he can do damage against Toronto. Suarez is also 4-for-18 with a home run and an RBI in 18 plate appearances against Shane Bieber, the Blue Jays' starter for Game 7, in his career. Don't be surprised if Suarez plays a pivotal role for the Mariners in their quest to pull the upset at Rogers Centre and lift Seattle to its first World Series trip in franchise history.
