To paraphrase The Beatles, "Eight games a week, I love you."
Well, at least that's what those with New York Yankees in their active lineup are humming as not only do the Bronx Bombers play eight games, they begin the week with a four-game set against the generous Baltimore Orioles staff followed by four against the Cleveland Indians, missing Shane Bieber.
This is also a week to deploy Diamondbacks and Marlins as both have three-game sets in Coors Field. With six at home, Rockies batters are also in good shape.
It used to be rare for a club to have two off days, but it's commonplace this season. The Royals and Brewers are the clubs with only five games this time around.
