Best NBA Bets for Saturday, October 25, 2025
Phoenix Suns vs. Denver Nuggets: Nikola Jokic to score over 28.5 points, - 113 @ DraftKings
Jokic opened the season on a strong note with a 21-point, 13-rebound, 10-assist triple-double in a 137-131 overtime loss to the Warriors on Thursday. However, Jokic's scoring haul could've easily been bigger had he not shot under 40 percent from the floor (8-23 FG) and under 20 percent from three-point range (2-13 3Pt). As one of the most dominant offensive forces in the league, look for Jokic to deliver a bounce-back performance in this game against a Suns team that doesn't have the makings of being a dominant defensive team. Going for the triple-double is also a solid option if you're looking for another prop on Jokic, as the game against the Warriors was the best evidence that Denver's offense will once again flow through the Serbian star.

Charlotte Hornets vs. Philadelphia 76ers: LaMelo Ball to record over 31.5 points + assists, -106 @ FanDuel
Ball had a solid performance Wednesday against the Nets, carrying the Hornets to a blowout 136-117 win to the tune of 20 points and eight assists. Ball could've done a better job at the charity stripe (2-5 FT), but other than that, it was business as usual for the talented floor general. Look for Ball to have a high usage rate again in this matchup against Philadelphia, which means he's going to have the ball in his hands even more. Ball averaged 25.2 points, 7.4 assists, 4.9 rebounds and 1.1 steals per contest in 47 regular-season games in 2024-25, and a return to that scoring form could translate to Ball reaching this line of at least 32 points + assists. If the game isn't a blowout and if Ball does a good job taking care of the ball as he did versus Brooklyn, his chances of reaching that mark could be quite high.

Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Atlanta Hawks: Trae Young to hit over 3.5 three-pointers, +125 @ BetRivers
While it's never a good idea to bet against the reigning champions, the Hawks will need Young to be at their best if they're looking to pull the upset at home. Usually, that means Young would have to deliver a double-double and flirt with around 12 to 15 assists while also carrying the team in scoring. More importantly, though, Young needs to make an impact from beyond the arc. The star floor general has endured a rocky start in that regard this season, shooting a combined 2-for-13 from deep in his first two games. However, Young is simply too talented to continue struggling at this rate. While seeing him explode for more than three three-pointers is an aggressive line, he's expected to be the dominant source of offense for Atlanta in this matchup. It's not as if Young hasn't done this in the past -- he drained at least three treys in 42 regular-season games in 2024-25 and at least four on 26 different occasions.
Indiana Pacers vs. Memphis Grizzlies: Over 237.5 total points, +100 @ ESPN Bet
Neither the Pacers nor the Grizzlies are expected to be dominant forces on the defensive end this season. Indiana lost key players such as Tyrese Halliburton (Achilles) and Myles Turner (signed with the Bucks), while the Grizzlies lost a defensive stopper in Desmond Bane. That means this game could easily be a high-scoring matchup. The early evidence supports the idea. Indiana's lone game this season with a 141-135 loss to the Thunder, while the Grizzlies have played two games and both have seen over 250 total points, including Friday's blowout 146-114 loss to the Miami Heat. Don't be surprised if both teams hover around the 120-point mark once again in this matchup.
