Seahawks vs. Rams Betting Odds
Seahawks: Spread -1.5 (-108), -122 Moneyline (DraftKings)
Rams: Spread +1.5 (-112), +108 Moneyline (FanDuel)
Game Total: 42.5 points (DraftKings)
The Seahawks don't have any injuries of note among their offensive skill players. However, they have ruled out left tackle Charles Cross (hamstring). The Rams have listed Davante Adams (hamstring) as doubtful, while Tyler Higbee (ankle) remains out.
Seahawks vs. Rams Betting Picks & Props
Sam Darnold over 0.5 interceptions (-134 DraftKings) for 1 Unit
Darnold has thrown just one interception over his last four games. However, prior to that, he had thrown at least one pick in four straight games. That included a disastrous performance against the Rams in Week 11 when he was picked off four times.
Even in Darnold's 2024 breakout with the Vikings, he was picked off 12 times. In 87 career starts, he has thrown 78 interceptions. The Rams have the sixth-most picks in the NFL, so look for Darnold to be intercepted at least one time in this rematch.
Jason Myers over 1.5 field goals made (-145 DraftKings) for 1 Unit
Myers made all six of his field goal attempts in a win over the Colts last week. The Seahawks haven't had any problems moving the ball, but they haven't been able to convert that into many touchdowns. That has left plenty of field goal opportunities for Myers. He hasn't disappointed, making at least three field goals in each of the last six games.
Myers doesn't miss many kicks. During the last six games, he failed to convert just one of his field goal attempts. The Seahawks also don't hesitate to have him attempt long kicks. Over the last two seasons, he is 18-for-24 on attempts of at least 50 yards. There could be some wind and rain for this matchup, but this wager is still appealing with how many opportunities Myers tends to receive.
Rashid Shaheed over 35.5 receiving yards (-114 FanDuel) for 1 Unit
The Seahawks have one of the best wide receivers in the league in Jaxon Smith-Njigba. Their problem has been the wide receiver options behind him. Cooper Kupp is in steep decline and has struggled to make much of an impact this season. That contributed to the Seahawks acquiring Shaheed from the Saints prior to the trade deadline.
It took some time for the Seahawks to integrate Shaheed into their offense. However, he has 12 targets over the last two games. He came away with at least four receptions and 67 yards in both of them. Coming into this season, Shaheed had averaged at least 15.6 yards per catch in three of the last four years. This season, he has averaged 13.7 yards per reception. It might only take a few receptions for him to sail past this line.

Seahawks vs. Rams Prediction
With Darnold's disastrous performance in Week 11, the Rams won 21-19. This game is tricky picking a side, so it might be best to target the total. Both teams rank inside the top four in the league in fewest points allowed per game. Another low-scoring affair could be in the cards.
Seahawks 19, Rams 17
