Staff Picks: Jets and Redskins

Last week was a strong one for the entire Staff except for me. Pianowski increased his lead to nine games, and I increased my deficit from fourth to eight.

This week, we all like the Jets and Redskins apparently, and four of us are on the Dolphins, Giants and Bengals too, i.e., it's doormat week for us. Also my best bet the Seahawks is directly opposed by DDD's best bet, the Eagles.

This week we have two unanimous picks, the Jets and Redskins. Last week, we won with the Broncos, but lost with the Steelers bringing our record to 12-9 on unanimous picks. We also went 9-5 on majority picks (three or more writers) to go 82-78-2 on the year. We were 26-21-1 on unanimous picks and 132-115-9 on majority picks in 2018.

Erickson	I had the Titans as six-point favorites when I set my line, so this was an easy decision. Others I like are the Seahawks and Colts.
Pianowski	The Cleveland fade gave a couple back recently, but they're still the most undisciplined team in the league. They do stupid things every freaking week. I must take Miami and the bloated spot.
Liss	I thought for sure the Seahawks would be favored against a broken Philly team off the bye. I also like the Titans as mere three-point home favorites against the Jaguars, and the Colts on Thursday night. Oddly, I took all dogs from Thursday through the early slate, and all favorites in the afternoon and night games.
Payne	Finally made it over .500, I should just quit and see myself out a la George Costanza. The Steelers have too many injuries on the offensive side of the ball; I'm tempted to stream the Bengals defense this week in a spot or two.
Del Don	I like Philly in this spot this week, with the Broncos and Saints as my other favorites.
