2023 Fantasy Outlook
Duvernay had been on pace to crush his previous career highs in 2022 before a broken foot knocked him out for the season in December. However, the last few months haven't done any favors for Duvernay's outlook. It's a positive that the Ravens hired Todd Monken to command the offense with a bigger emphasis on the passing game, but Baltimore made addressing the WR position a priority this offseason, adding Odell Beckham in free agency and spending a first-rounder on Zay Flowers. Nelson Agholor was brought in too, and Rashod Bateman will be a starter if healthy. Duvernay will still be a factor on special teams and four-receiver sets, but that's likely the full extent of his role. Read Past Outlooks

ANALYSIS
After getting in just a limited practice Wednesday, Duvernay was a full go Thursday, which should erase any concerns about his availability for Sunday's game against the Colts. With Odell Beckham (ankle) logging a second straight DNP and looking extremely questionable for the contest, Duvernay could see extra opportunities Sunday.

2020
A 2020 third-round pick, Duvernay primarily functioned as a slot specialist and return man the past two years, but he now gets an opportunity to handle a larger role on offense after the Ravens traded Marquise Brown to the Cardinals. While that doesn't mean Duvernay will move out of the slot, it could mean more frequent targets and/or adding some snaps on the perimeter. On paper, he has the physical specs to make it work outside, having run a 4.39 40 at the 2020 Combine at 5-10, 200 pounds. The Ravens likely will add a veteran wideout at some point, but until then, they're looking at Duvernay, James Proche and Tylan Wallace as the top options behind presumed No. 1 WR Rashod Bateman.
The second-year receiver faces added competition after the Ravens signed Sammy Watkins and drafted a pair of wideouts this offseason. However, Willie Snead's departure leaves over 400 slot snaps to fill in the Baltimore offense and Duvernay has a strong chance at earning a share of those. Duvernay showed flashes as a rookie with 20 catches for 201 yards on 26 targets. He showed 83rd percentile run-after-the-catch ability, which is backed up by his sub-4.4 speed. The Watkins and Rashod Bateman additions get most of the headlines, but fantasy managers should keep the speedy Duvernay on their radars as an in-season pickup with upside.
One of Baltimore's fatal flaws last season was its lack of receiver depth behind Marquise Brown, and the selection of Duvernay is a big step toward addressing that. Duvernay was immensely productive in his senior season at Texas, catching 106 of 138 targets for 1,386 yards and nine touchdowns. The combine proved he has NFL-level tools, too, as Duvernay clocked a 4.39-second 40-yard dash and had a 123-inch broad jump. Add all of that together with the fact that Willie Snead and Miles Boykin are his only competition for snaps and Duvernay can be viewed as a potential impact rookie.
