GOALIE
John Gibson, ANA vs. PHI ($8,300): Gibson has been one of the best goalies in the NHL for a few seasons now, and this year has been no different. He has a 2.44 GAA and .938 save percentage through 10 games. The Flyers are off to a slow start offensively, as they are in the bottom 10 in goals scored per contest.
CENTER
Joe Pavelski, SAN vs. NYR ($7,000): Pavelski had a down year last season, but he still had 22 goals despite a 9.8 shooting percentage well below his career average. The puck luck has been on his side this season, as he has five goals on 30 shots. He should get a chance to register a few more shots in this matchup, as the Rangers have allowed 34.9 shots on net per game.
Derek Stepan, ARI vs. OTT ($5,500): Stepan got off to a slow start to the season, but he has five points in his last four games. He's also averaged 3:02 per game on the power play, which gives him great opportunity to add to his point total. The Senators have a 3.90 GAA, and Craig Anderson had an .898 save percentage last year, so this matchup looks good for Stepan.
WING
Rickard Rakell, ANA vs. PHI ($6,900): Rakell has been one of the best goal scorers in the NHL the last couple of seasons, as he's had 33 and 34 goals over his last two campaigns. He only has two goals so far, but he has a 6.1 shooting percentage that is bound to improve. That could certainly be the case against the Flyers, who have a league-high 4.18 GAA.
Kyle Okposo, BUF vs. CGY ($5,500): Okposo has a three-game goal streak, and on top of that he has four points on the power play on the year. That's not surprising, as he's tallied at least 21 points with the extra man in each of his last three seasons. The Flames are on the road for the second game of a back-to-back Tuesday, and David Rittich, who had a .904 save percentage last season, will be in net.
Timo Meier, SAN vs. NYR ($5,200): Meier is scorching hot, as he has eight goals and four assists through 11 games. That's a big increase on his scoring pace from last year, but he's also averaged over two minutes more per game, and he's played 2:03 per contest on the power play. As previously noted, the Rangers have given up 34.9 shots on net per game, and they have a 3.45 GAA as well.
DEFENSE
Seth Jones, CLM vs. DET ($5,200): Jones has one point in three games since returning from injury, but worry not. He's averaged 25:13 per game, and 3:01 on the power play, so it's not like he's being eased back into the lineup. The Red Wings have a 3.82 GAA, and one look at their roster shows why that's not surprising, especially since they had a 3.10 GAA last year.
Oscar Klefbom, EDM vs. MIN ($5,000): Klefbom has played a ton of minutes this season, as he's averaged 26:01 per game, and 4:01 on the power play. He's making the most of that ice time, as he has four points and 30 shots on net through 10 games. The Wild are on the road for their second game of a back-to-back. That's notable, as they had a 3.41 away GAA last year.
