Pitcher
Clayton Kershaw, LAD at PHI ($13,700): It's incredibly difficult to look past Kershaw, as the left-hander will likely provide safety on what is an otherwise volatile pitching slate. Kershaw has notched a 16.3 RAA with his slider this season while the Phillies have registered a bottom-10 RAA against the pitch. It is also worth noting that Philadelphia holds just a .305 wOBA against left-handed pitching.
Luis Perdomo, SD vs. ARI ($5,300): Those spending up on Kershaw will need to save money, and we can do that in a big way by selecting the second cheapest pitcher on the slate. The Diamondbacks have tallied the fourth lowest wOBA on the road in 2017 while logging a -21.6 RAA against the slider, a pitch Perdomo throws 32 percent of the time. The right-hander's ERA isn't fantastic, but he has allowed just a .381 slugging percentage at home this season and has gone at least six innings in each of his last 10 starts.
Catcher
Stephen Vogt, MIL at PIT ($3,100): Vogt has kept a solid .198 ISO against right-handed pitching this season to go along with a 34.5 percent hard contact rate. Meanwhile, opposing starter Jameson Taillon has allowed a .480 slugging percentage to lefties in 47.1 innings, having walked 25 batters over that span.
First Base
Justin Bour, MIA vs. NYM ($4,400):Matt Harvey has tallied a -11.8 RAA with his fastball this season while allowing a .550 slugging percentage to left-handers over 36.1 innings. This means a positive matchup for Bour, who has notched a 7.5 RAA against the fastball and has hammered righty hurlers to the tune of a .233 ISO.
Second Base
Asdrubal Cabrera, NYM at MIA ($3,800):Dan Straily has been hit hard in September, allowing a .732 slugging percentage over 16 innings (three starts). Cabrera's month has gone in the opposite direction, as he has exploded for a .347 ISO and a .526 wOBA through 49 at-bats.
Third Base
Eduardo Escobar MIN at NYY ($4,000): Escobar is another hitter who has found his stroke in September, as evidenced by the .429 ISO and .409 wOBA he has notched over 63 at-bats. Left-hander Jaime Garcia logged a 5.11 ERA over 24.2 innings in August and owns an 81:56 K/BB ratio against right-handed hitters over 115 innings this season.
Shortstop
Corey Seager, LAD at PHI ($4,300): Seager's .172 ISO against righties is a bit underwhelming, but he has logged a 44.7 percent hard contact rate against his opposite hand this season while notching an 18.1 RAA against the fastball. This bodes well for the matchup against Phillies starter Nick Pivetta, who has registered a -13.5 RAA with his heater this season.
Outfield
Andrew McCutchen, PIT vs. MIL ($3,700): McCutchen appears to be breaking out of his summer slide, as he has homered three times in 15 games this month. This should make DFS players a bit more confident in the 30-year-old, who has tallied a .364 ISO against lefties over 118 at-bats. Brent Suter has been the victim of regression in the second half, having kept a 1.4 HR/9 rate as well as a 29:13 K/BB ratio over 39 innings.
Matt Olson, OAK at DET ($4,700): Olson's penchant for striking out may not be ideal for a matchup against Buck Farmer, but it's hard to ignore the .431 ISO he has tallied against righty pitchers over 130 at-bats. Despite his ability to generate swings and misses, Farmer remains a target due to the 1.6 HR/9 rate he holds against lefties over 16.2 innings.
Mikie Mahtook, DET vs. OAK ($4,000): Jharel Cotton has allowed a .515 slugging percentage to right-handed hitters this season and has produced negative DraftKings point totals in two of his last three starts. Mahtook has swung the bat better against lefties but has still tallied a respectable .165 ISO and 35.7 percent hard contact rate against same-handed pitchers.
