Message to RW Customers Regarding Sports Hiatus

To RotoWire readers and customers,

In the past 24 hours we have seen almost every sports league shut down amid the Coronavirus pandemic. We at RotoWire will continue to cover the players and sports that have been paused with an eye toward keeping you ready when these sports and their fantasy competitions resume. We will continue our coverage of sports still operating -- currently just the PGA Tour and NASCAR -- just the same as before.

The fantasy sports implications of this crisis pale in comparison to the real world events. We will try to keep that in mind as we continue our coverage, but at the same time work to keep you informed of what's happening with players and teams.

We also realize that many of you have paid for a subscription to cover a season or a series of games. Since most of our subscription plans are annual or seasonal, we believe you will be covered when the season resumes or concludes. If that doesn't become the case, we will seek to find a way to make that happen. If you paid for a shorter subscription that you believe will not cover the sport or event that was intended, please contact our customer support department at support@rotowire.com to make amends. We want to make sure you are satisfied with the value of your subscription purchase.

We're in this for the long term to keep you as a customer. We'll have everything in place and up to date when sports resume. In the meantime, please stay safe, wash your hands and take the threat of spreading the disease seriously.

Thank you,

Peter Schoenke
President
