Guards
Chris Paul, HOU vs. CHI ($32): Using a player coming off injury can be risky, but things are lining up for Paul to have a monster day. Both James Harden and Clint Capela will be rested Tuesday, leaving nearly 40 points and over 40 percent points of usage to be made up. When he's on the floor, Paul will solely run the show, and he's already provided a great value at this price with 41 fantasy points per game.
Goran Dragic, MIA vs. CLE ($24): Dragic is one of the night's top bargains, as a player averaging 31 fantasy points per game is usually closer to the $30 range than the $24 we're paying. Dragic has at least 26 fantasy points in 16 of his last 18 games, and Cleveland allows the most fantasy points in the league to opposing point guards, while ranking 29th in defensive efficiency.

Guard to Avoid
Bradley Beal, WSH vs. SAN ($32): A player in a slump is always a risky pick, especially when he's facing a stingy defense like San Antonio. Not only has Beal failed to crack 35 fantasy points in six of his last seven games, but he didn't even surpass 25 fantasy points in three of those outings. That trend becomes especially scary when he goes up against a defense that allows the third-fewest fantasy points to opposing shooting guards. Not to mention, the Spurs play at the second-slowest pace in the league, limiting fantasy potential from a usage stud like Beal.
Forwards
Harrison Barnes, DAL at SAC ($23): Barnes is in the same boat as Dragic, as he's been too reliable to be priced this cheaply. Not only is he averaging over 30 fantasy points per game for the season, but he's scored at least 23 fantasy points in 12 straight games. That means his floor is his price tag, which is hard to find among almost any other player. The matchup is what really adds to Barnes' value, though, with Sacramento ranking 28th in defensive efficiency.
Kevon Looney, GS vs. IND ($10): Looney crept up to $13 just two games ago and there's no reason why he should have dropped back to being a minimum-priced player. He has at least 20 fantasy points in five straight games and is averaging 29 fantasy points per game in that span. It's easy to see why, as Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green and Kevin Durant are all dealing with injuries. This is the easiest plug-and-play of the day at a minimum price and he makes it much easier to get players like Anthony Davis and LeBron James into your lineup.

Forward to Avoid
Zach Randolph, SAC vs. DAL ($16): Randolph has been sitting out nearly every-other game with little notice, and he's been struggling recently when he does play. Randolph has only surpassed 27 fantasy points once in his last nine games, and he's scored 17 or fewer fantasy points in four of those outings. The matchup against Dallas is no picnic, as they rank 12th in points allowed and play at the fifth-slowest pace.
Centers
Jusuf Nurkic, POR at NOP ($25): Nurkic hit a $21 floor a few weeks ago but has responded nicely by having one of his best stretches of the season. In the seven games since then, Nurkic is averaging 38.4 fantasy points per game, and he's scored at least 39 fantasy points in eight of his last 16 games. All that looks even better when considering the matchup, with New Orleans allowing the sixth-most fantasy points to opposing centers, while ranking 29th in total defense.
Center to Avoid
Myles Turner, IND at GS ($22): Turner's inconsistency has driven fantasy owners crazy all season long and he's especially tough to trust in a matchup like this. While Turner's upside is obvious, he's only surpassed 38 fantasy points once since the All-Star break. And the duds in that stretch are even more concerning, as he scored 18 or fewer fantasy points on four occasions. The matchup is yet another reason to fade Turner, with Golden State allowing the eighth-fewest fantasy points to opposing centers.
