The 2025-26 NCAA Men's College Basketball has a very full slate of games, squeezing in some decent games despite holiday breaks on campus all across the nation. We're in that weird spot, where the conference schedule isn't quite in full swing, and some teams play rather infrequently.

We do get Rick Pitino's return with St. John's against Kentucky, albeit in Atlanta, while Ohio State and North Carolina square off in Atlanta, Houston and Arkansas tangle in...well, Newark, New Jersey, of course. Auburn and Purdue also tangle, while Duke and Texas Tech lock horns in New York City.

We're here to help provide a trio of picks on select days throughout the week, hopefully helping you get into the black, as we head into the holidays and the new year. It's never too early to start squirreling away money for March Madness.

College Basketball PrizePicks Picks & Strategy

If you're unfamiliar with how to play, you must simply choose at least two players from any sport and pick more or less based on their projected statistics to win. We'll obviously be exclusively selecting college hoops players, but you can mix and match from various other sports. You can also go with a flex play, meaning you still can have a winning night even if you have one losing selection. Or, you can go big and choose the power play, which pays out higher. However, you must hit all ends to win. Let's get started.

Fletcher Loyer, G, Purdue

Loyer and the Boilermakers meet Auburn at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis at 6:30 p.m. EST on Peacock in a ranked battle.

Auburn likes to run, playing an up-tempo brand of basketball with a solid shooting percentage, and it isn't very good defensively. It's go, go, go all the time. The defense allows 76.9 points per game (PPG), which ranks 199th in the country, while teams are hitting 43.8 percent against the Tigers, which ranks 208th. The Tigers also allow 32.9 percent from behind the arc, which ranks 181st.

Loyer and his teammates are going to be able to pile up some solid stat totals. He has scored 10 or more points in seven of the past eight games, and he is a good bet to go high here.

CBB PrizePicks Selection: Fletcher Loyer, More 12.5 Points

Don McHenry, G, Utah

The Utah Utes get one of a handful of final tune-ups before stepping into Big 12 conference play. The Utes will get to work out some of the kinks against a weak Eastern Washington defense.

The Eagles are 2-9, and their victories have come against NAIA member Eastern Oregon, as well as a win over Kansas City. That's it. Eastern Washington has allowed at least 78 points in five of the past six games, and seven of the past nine outings. EWU allows 83.2 PPG, a 49.8 percent defensive field-goal percentage, a 39.0 percent defensive three-pointer percentage, which are both among the worst marks in the nation.

McHenry is coming off a huge performance, going for 29 points, including five triples, against Mississippi State, and he has averaged 21.8 PPG in the past four games. He has two or more rebounds in all 11 of his games, but exactly two in his past four outings. He also hasn't had an assist in his past two games, so it's mostly all about his scoring. Playing the Pts+Rebs+Asts rely too much on the potential of boards and dimes. Just roll with the Points, which are the best value.

CBB PrizePicks Selection: Don McHenry, More 17.5 Points

Dylan Grant, F, Rutgers

Grant enters Saturday's game against the Penn Quakers with 14.6 PPG, 6.2 RPG and 0.5 APG. He barely registers in assists, but it's a bit of a quirk.

On PrizePicks, they offer More than 21.5 Pts+Rebs, while Pts+Rebs+Asts is also More than 21.5. He hasn't had an assist in four games, but hey, even if he had one to break the skid, every little bit helps, and you might as well take advantage of the glitch.

For scoring Grant has double-digit point totals in six consecutive games, and he has six or more rebounds in four of the past five outings.

Penn has a terrible defense, allowing 86.6 PPG, a 44.6 percent defensive field-goal percentage and 33.3 percent defensive three-pointer percentage, too. Grant and his Scarlet Knights teammates could go off.

CBB PrizePicks Selection: Dylan Grant, More 21.5 Pts+Rebs+Asts
