Here are 100 college basketball players projected to make the biggest impact with their new team. A few players originally on the list entered the transfer portal despite having exhausted their eligibility, hoping for an NCAA court ruling that allows them to play. We'll keep them in their original spots in case anything changes, but have added bonus players at the bottom to round us out at an even 100.
