PICKS TO CLICK

Zach LeDay Over 17.5 Points+Rebounds (-115 bet365)

Zach LeDay 15+ Points (+115 bet365)

I'd recommend going with the second option only if you don't have access to the first one, but no team -- per RotoWire's Opponent Averages page -- is ceding more points nor more rebounds to opposing forwards than Baskonia. No matter the coach, they have been beaten by stretch bigs on the opposing side for as long as I can remember.

LeDay has been fairly quiet since returning from a leg injury for the second time in late November, but other than the matchup, there are other reasons I like his prospects Friday. First is simply the rest he has gotten, as Milan has not played a game in over a week, which has given LeDay some time to get right. Next, due to Milan far behind in Round 12 and far ahead in Round 13, LeDay lost out on about four minutes in each contest.

If Friday's contest remains competitive until the end -- Milan is only a small favorite on the road -- I think we see a vintage showing from LeDay.

Mamadi Diakite Over 12.5 Points+Rebounds (-125 bet365)

Mamadi Diakite 10+ Points (+145 bet365)

This one is a little scary because Diakite doesn't do a lot of scoring -- I would go with only a half unit on the second play above -- and doesn't do much in the box score to begin with outside of the blocks column, but he averaged 20 minutes per game over the last two Rounds, and with Tadas Sedekerskis out Friday some minutes will be open at the power forward spot. Diakite can fill both frontcourt spots, so there is a path to minutes in the mid-20s if he makes a mark on the defensive end and avoids the fouls.

I sprinkled some on the alternate points because minutes are so key, and half the battle for big guys close to the basket is simply being on the court. Although he does not get up many triples, he has taken at least one in nine of his 12 appearances this season, and that only bolsters his chances to fill in for Sedekerskis, who isn't afraid to step beyond the arc.

Codi Miller-McIntyre Under 13.5 Points (-122 FanDuel)

We now get to everyone's favorite portion of the article (sarcasm font) -- the unders section!

Miller-McIntyre took us down on this play two Rounds ago, but that night marked the return of Jordan Nwora, and Red Star now has all of Nwora, Jared Butler and Devonte Graham -- all NBA players not that long ago -- in the mix.

This situation is similar to the unders we have been targeting for both Barcelona an ASVEL, where the usage -- and the playing time -- aren't what they were earlier in the season and lead to inflated lines.

It wouldn't be the worst thing to wait until closer to tip-off on this one to make sure none of the players mentioned above is a surprise scratch but given the rest and number of Red Star players listed on RotoWire's EuroLeague Injury Report, it's highly unlikely that will be the case.
