If you're looking for target and air-yard shares that only include active games, you can find those updated every Tuesday on RotoWire's advanced receiving stats page. The percentages found below in our advanced box scores include all games, even if the player didn't participate.

Stat Table Key

Weekly stats (first six columns)

  • Snap = % of team snaps that player was on the field for
  • Route = route share (routes run  |  QB dropbacks)
  • RUSHING = rushing line
  • RECEIVE = receiving line
  • Tgt = targets
  • AY = Air Yards

2025 Season Stats (final five columns)

  • Sn'25 = snap share for the season
  • Rt'25 = route share for the season
  • TPRR = Targets per Route Run
  • TS = Percentage of team's targets
  • AYS = Percentage of team's air yards

The final five columns of each stat table below (written in italics) show numbers for the entire season. Bold lettering denotes especially strong marks relative to positional standards. Green lettering for the weekly stats denotes considerable increases in playing time and/or usage relative to past weeks. Red lettering denotes the opposite a decreased role relative to prior games.

  • With Keon Coleman scratched again and Curtis Samuel (elbow) also inactive, WRs Gabe Davis and Elijah Moore saw bumps in playing time but didn't do much with it.
    • WR Tyrell Shavers, meanwhile, actually lost snaps/routes and finished without a target after putting up 4-90-1 the week before.
    • This will likely continue to be Khalil Shakir plus a rotating cast/committee.
  • TE Dawson Knox led the team in routes (86%) for a second straight week, but he just just 40 yards and seven targets during that stretch.

  • RB Woody Marks played at least two-thirds of snaps for a third straight week, taking 17 of 24 RB opportunities (71%) in the process.
    • His workload seems to have stabilized in the 70% range for both snaps and the share of RB touches. That makes him an RB2 for fantasy, even if neither Marks nor Houston's offense is particularly good.
  • WR Jayden Higgins had season highs for route share (70%) and targets (nine). That said, his slight boost in playing time was mostly due to Houston using heavier formations in which he's usually on the field anyway.
    • For 11 personnel, the Texans again used a rotation behind Nico Collins, with Jaylin Noel, Christian Kirk, Xavier Hutchinson and Higgins each taking 41-56% of snaps.
    • The rookie has 7+ targets in four of his past five games, averaging 6.4 targets in that stretch and scoring three TDs. He's still yet to top 55 yards in a game, however, averaging a mere 6.5 YPT for the season.
  • WR Christian Kirk put up 5-54-1 on six targets, but his snap/route shares were below 50% after sitting in the 50s the week before.
    • WR Xavier Hutchinson also lost some snaps, in part due to Houston using heavier formations. But in Kirk's case, his 11 personnel snap rate also dropped, from 70% in Week 11 to 50% in Week 12. No need to add Kirk in leagues where he was dropped.

  • QB J.J. McCarthy is reaching the point where you have to consider benching him even if you still want to develop him and think he could turn out alright in the long run. Part of the issue is that undrafted rookie Max Brosmer is the other option.
  • RB Aaron Jones was still the clear lead back. Six of Jordan Mason's eight carries came on a single drive in the first half. The first five totes were on five consecutive plays, yielding 43 yards, but he then got stuffed on a 4th-and-1 to end the drive.

  • RBs Emanuel Wilson took 62% of snaps and 30 of 36 RB opportunities before starters were pulled for the final drive.
    • Before that last drive, Wilson took 71% of snaps on first down and 58% on second down, while Brooks took all six snaps on 3rd-and-medium/long.
    • Wilson actually had five carries on third-down plays, but all were 3rd-and-3 or less, with Green Bay doing a fantastic job of avoiding negative plays to stay on schedule.
  • WR Christian Watson led the team in routes (season-high 91% share) for a second straight week, and this time he was also first in targets (seven), air yards (80) and receiving yards (49).
    • Watson increasingly looks like the most valuable Green Bay WR, ahead of Romeo Doubs, though things can change in a hurry there... especially with Jayden Reed (collarbone) seemingly on track to play Week 13 or 14.
  • TE was a three-man committee again, with the Packers often using a sixth OL instead of a second TE when they weren't three-wide.

  • RB Breece Hall's snap and route shares were identical to the previous game, with Isaiah Davis mostly just subbing in to give Hall a breather (or sometimes in clear passing situations, but Hall also handled a lot of those).
    • The Ravens shut Hall down until he took a short pass for a long, winding gain late in the game. But he then lost a fumble a few plays later, ending any hope of a comeback.
  • WRs Adonai Mitchell and John Metchie both topped 80% for snap and route share while drawing seven targets apiece.
    • Metchie now has 110 yards and two TDs in the past two games, while Mitchell has just 52 yards (but 15 targets and 275 air yards).
    • Tyler Johnson was a healthy scratch, while Isaiah Williams was active but played far less than in the previous game.

  • RB Derrick Henry didn't do much between the 20s, but he got eight red-zone carries in the second half, including a pair of short TDs.
    • Keaton Mitchell, meanwhile, finished with just three touches, in part because he had a long gain wiped out by a holding penalty in the fourth quarter.
  • WR DeAndre Hopkins again filled in for Rashod Bateman, who could be back as soon as Thanksgiving Day against Cincinnati. Hopkins got only three targets, including one where he was wide open for a TD but Lamar Jackson overthrew him.
  • TE Mark Andrews had his largest snap and route share since Isaiah Likely's return from summer surgery, though it was a matter of just a few percentage points, not much different than Andrews' normal role.
  • WR Zay Flowers was the only Raven with more than three targets (six) and also took two carries. He played well on a day when not many other Ravens did on the offensive side.

  • RB Tyrone Tracy had season highs for snap share (71%), route share (71%) and carries (20) while taking 23 touches for a second straight week.
    • Devin Singletary also got a bunch of touches (14), but that was three fewer touches than in the previous game, and with his snap share dropping from 48% (W11) to 30% (W12).
    • Tracy got carries from Detroit's 8-yard line, 5-yard line and 4-yard line (across two drives), but Devin Singletary then took a carry from the 2-yard line (and was stuffed for loss of four).
  • WR Wan'Dale Robinson put up his second huge stat line of the season, kicking things off with a 38-yard TD on a trick play en route to a 9-156-1 line on 14 targets (in a game where no other Giant got more than six targets).
  • WR Darius Slayton wasn't quite a full-time player after missing the previous game with a hamstring injury. He had a 23-yard catch on the opening drive but saw just one more target the rest of the game, finishing third among New York's WRs in snap/route share.
    • WR Isaiah Hodgins was slightly ahead of Slayton for snaps/routes and finished with 2-42-1 on six targets (86 air yards). Slayton's snap/routes all came from what Jalin Hyatt handled the previous week
    • Hodgins has put up 7-99-1 on 12 targets in two games since re-joining the Giants. His volume may drop with Jaxson Dart (concussion) returning soon and Slayton perhaps getting healthier, but Hodgins should at least hold down the No. 3 job and get 3-4 targets per game down the stretch (with real volume upside if Robinson/Slayton were to miss time).

  • The 'Dan Campbell helping Jameson Williams' argument took a huge hit in this one, with Williams getting just three targets (all incomplete) in negative game script to drop his season-long TPRR to a mere 15%.
    • RB Jahmyr Gibbs, on the other hand, has been absolutely feasting under Campbell, with David Montgomery no longer getting enough work to be a fantasy starter in most leagues.
  • No. 3 receiver Kalif Raymond missed the fourth quarter with an ankle injury. Before that, he played 55% of snaps and got two targets, while Isaac TeSlaa had 27% snap share and no targets.

  • RB Kenneth Walker took 67% of snaps, the most by any Seattle RB in a game this season.
    • It was Walker's third time above 50% snap share in the past four games, following a stretch from Weeks 5-8 where he was below 50% each game.
    • Walker got 14 of 20 RB opportunities, equating to a season-high 70% share. It's possible the percentage would've been lower if the Seahawks had run more plays (47), but the raw number of carries/touches might also be higher in that scenario.
    • Zach Charbonnet scored the lone rushing TD, but it wasn't a true goal-line carry (it came from five yards out) and he finished with a season-low six rush attempts.
  • WR Rashid Shaheed took a carry on a direct snap, but his snap/route shares were again slightly below the typical range for a starter, and he finished with just two incomplete targets.
  • This ended any doubt about JSN breaking records for per-route / per-snap receiving production. I don't think he'll quite get the records people actually care about, but that's genuinely the level he is playing at right now.

  • TE Gunnar Helm looked good again, with 6-51-0 on a team-high-tying seven targets, but Chig Okonkwo remained slightly ahead in terms of route share (63% to 46%, after a 60-50 edge the previous week).
  • WR Xavier Restrepo got six targets and 88 air yards in his NFL debut, despite ranking just fourth among Tennessee's WRs with 30% route share.
  • WR Chimere Dike put up 5-44-1 and scored on a punt return for the second time this season, almost single-handedly helping Tennessee make a game of it after falling down 23-3.
    • Dike is arguably the best returner in the NFL right now, and he's come a long way on offense since occasionally looking lost earlier in the season. Ayomanor, meanwhile, hasn't done much of anything with his playing time since early October and is now out with a hamstring injury.

  • The Colts ran just 50 plays in an overtime game, while Kansas City ran an incredible 91 plays, eating up possession while making a comeback.
  • This was a pre-2025 game for Alec Pierce, leading the team in routes run (97%) but drawing just two targets.

  • RB Kareem Hunt's volume was inflated by Kansas City's dominance of possession, but he also genuinely had a huge role, getting the ball on over one-third of KC's plays.
  • Playing-time shares for the pass catchers haven't changed much in recent weeks. Rashee Rice still plays less than most starters, but with a target rate of 32%.

  • RB Kenneth Gainwell took around half of the snaps for a second straight week, though Jaylen Warren had an 18-10 advantage in carries (after a 10-6 edge on 44% snap share pre-injury the week before).
    • Warren cleared the injury report on Friday, so Gainwell's increased role the past couple weeks seems unrelated to Warren's ankle (and more a product of Gainwell's continued success as a pass catcher). That said, Gainwell dipped to 55% route share after hitting a season-high 75% the week before. His 6-0 target advantage might seem to suggest complete dominance of playing time on passing plays, but that wasn't quite the case.
    • Warren and Gainwell both are startable as fantasy RB2s, which doesn't usually happen in a mediocre offense. That's partially because RBs account for 24.5% of the team target total, the third-highest rate in the league. It also helps that Warren and Gainwell both are playing well in real life, of course.
  • WR Calvin Austin rebounded (some) to 43% snap share and 61% route share, after both numbers took a nosedive below 35% the previous week.
    • Austin's playing time unsurprisingly came at the expense of Roman Wilson, who plummeted from 66% route share in Week 11 to 33% in Week 12.

  • RB D'Andre Swift lost a fumble early in the second quarter. At the time, he'd taken 60% of snaps and six of nine RB opportunities (all carries).
    • After Swift's fumble, Kyle Monangai played 60% of snaps (compared to Swift's 38%) and took nine of the 12 RB opportunities, netting 33 yards and a TD.
      • Post-fumble, Monangai played 68% of snaps on first down, 53% on second down and 60% on third down. He scored his TD from two yards out, but only after Swift was stopped for a one-yard gain on the previous play (however, the play before that one was a Monangai carry to gain five yards).
    • I'd still rather start Swift than Monangai next week, but it's obviously noteworthy that Swift's workload decreased so drastically in response to one fumble (something that hasn't been a major issue for him). It's the latest sign that Ben Johnson doesn't view Monangai as much of a downgrade, if at all.
  • TE Cole Kmet's route share was way down, but he and Colston Loveland were still around 50-50 in terms of splitting snaps in 11 personnel (with just one TE on the field).
    • Loveland very much looks like the real deal, but he might be stuck in that low-end TE1 range without additional progress on the snap/route shares this season.
  • WR Luther Burden had 61 yards on four touches, but Burden's snap share in 11 personnel dropped from 85% in Week 11 to 60% on Sunday, with Olamide Zaccheaus mixing in a bit more (after just 14% snap share in the previous game).
    • Burden, like Loveland, probably needs a teammate to get injured in order for any serious 2025 fantasy value to appear. The rookies may be the best weapons on the team, but guys like Kmet, DJ Moore and Rome Odunze are far from slouches, and they presumably offer advantages off the ball.

  • RB Tre'Veyon Henderson took 64% of snaps and 22 of 31 RB opportunities in Rhamondre Stevenson's return from a two-game absence. However, Stevenson was the goal-line back and also got most of the snaps in clear passing situations.
    • Henderson didn't have much luck on his touches, but neither did Stevenson.
    • Henderson took four of five carries on the final drive while killing clock.
    • Henderson played at least 58% of snaps in each quarter.
    • Henderson took 71% of snaps on first down and 84% on second down but just 23% on third down.
      • Stevenson took seven of eight snaps on 3rd-and-3+, and he played all four snaps inside the two-minute warning at the end of the second quarter, i.e., he was the third-down and hurry-up back (a role that could actually stick, due to pass blocking and knowledge of no-huddle assignments).
    • Terrell Jennings took one carry, from the 1-yard line on a first down in the third quarter. He got stuffed, then the Patriots were penalized, and then Hunter Henry brought them back down to the 1-yard line, where Stevenson got stuffed on back-to-back carries for a turnover on downs.
      • I'm guessing they'd turn back to Jennings before giving Henderson a shot as the goal-line back, but who knows? He did score, what, a million TDs the previous few weeks? He's an unconventional fit for goal-line carries, to be sure, but that doesn't mean he's worse at it than Stevenson/Jennings.
  • I guess I was wrong about Stefon Diggs. I thought his increased snap/route shares in the previous two games would stick, but they didn't, so it now seems like just a response to Kayshon Boutte missing those two games with a hamstring injury (he returned to face Cincinnati).
    • TE Austin Hooper also returned from an injury, so it wasn't just Diggs that got squeezed out. Kyle Williams dropped from 77% route share to 7%, with Demario Douglas dipping from 40% to 28%.
      • Mack Hollins, however, didn't lose any playing time due to Boutte's return. Hollins finished second on the team in routes (78%) and second in targets (six).
      • Diggs dropped all the way to 53% route share, way behind both Hollins and Boutte (83%).
        • It won't necessarily stay this way, with Douglas in particular showing that he deserves a role still, but it's obviously not a great sign for Diggs that his playing time was scaled way back as soon as Boutte returned (even though Diggs thrived with larger workloads the past few weeks). The takeaway, for me, is that the Patriots want to avoid giving Diggs huge workloads unless injuries force their hand. That likely changes for the playoffs and/or a late-season meeting with the Bills.

  • WR Tee Higgins suffered a concussion late in the game.
    • Higgins and Brooks have been ruled out for Thursday, but QB Joe Burrow may return.

  • QB Shedeur Sanders made an incredible deep throw to Isaiah Bond but otherwise looked like a generic rookie... much better than the previous week but still struggling to find his footing.
  • RB Quinshon Judkins scored two short TDs, but he dropped to 50% snap share (in positive game script) and finished with 16 of 27 RB opportunities (59%).

      • That said, Sampson got six of his 10 opportunities in the fourth quarter. His role increase before that was minor/non-existent. And, Jerome Ford still got some playing time in passing situations (7-of-12 snaps on 3rd-and-3+).

  • TE Brenton Strange put up 5-94-0 on five targets and 67% route share in his first game back from IR. He's looked good this year, somewhat quietly. Don't be surprised if he pushes for top-12 TE status over the final month-plus.
  • WR Jakobi Meyers again showed good chemistry with Trevor Lawrence, and this time Meyers was on level footing with Parker Washington as joint leaders in snap share (84%) and route share (94%).

The issue against New Orleans was that the Saints were holding the ball for a long time but not scoring points, which meant fewer snaps for Atlanta and Allgeier taking over as the closer with a multi-score lead.
  • WR David Sills was the No. 2 receiver ahead of KhaDarel Hodge and someone named Dylan Drummond.
    • Drake London (PCL) will probably miss more time, but it's a stretch for any pass catchers besides Bijan/Mooney/Pitts to have value even in deep leagues. QB Kirk Cousins is completely washed.

  • RB Alvin Kamara suffered a knee injury in the first half and missed the rest of the game.
    • RB Devin Neal played 86% of snaps after the first quarter. Audric Estime was a healthy scratch, leaving just Kamara and Neal at RB.
    • Taysom Hill took a season-high 10 carries (for just 17 yards). He could also have a larger role if Kamara misses time, though mainstream fantasy value feels like a stretch given the state of the Saints' offense and Hill's reliance on TDs.
  • WRs Devaughn Vele and Mason Tipton were full-time players alongside Chris Olave, who finished with 9-70-0 on 13 targets (a stat line he seemingly had five times in a row earlier this year).

  • Playing-time shares were the same as ever, while the run/pass split was anything but.
    • O-line injuries are part of the issue, but the Eagles also have healthy guys like Jordan Mailata and Saquon Barkley who just aren't quite playing at the same level this year. There's still time to improve the running game, but it's not going to be dominant by January.
    • The production is a good sign for Philly's WRs, obviously. The willingness to go pass-heavy even while mostly leading is another. I'm not sure that turning away from the running game rather than fixing it is the right answer, but it's a "solution" that could work great for fantasy... and even for Barkley it's better to be getting those cheap PPR points than whatever minimal scoring he's providing on the ground these days.

  • Playing-time shares were very similar to the previous week (and the weeks before that, apart from some turbulence with the No. 3 receiver role).

  • QB Baker Mayfield injured his left shoulder and didn't play after halftime, giving way to Teddy Bridgewater for what mostly ended up being garbage time.
  • RB Sean Tucker predictably served as the lead runner after his success the previous week, but Rachaad White ended up playing more snaps with the Bucs trailing by multiple scores for most of the night.
    • Bucky Irving reportedly is expected back next week, but his role figures to be smaller than what he handled back in September, at least for the short term.
  • WR Chris Godwin was merely a part-time player in his return to action, mostly taking snaps that had been going to the backups (rather than replacing Tez Johnson or Sterling Shepard in a top-three role).
    • Tez Johnson played a team-high 88% of snaps in 11 personnel, tied with Egbuka and well ahead of both Shepard (67%) and Godwin (35%).
    • If Godwin's role grows, it'll likely be at Shepard's expense more so than Johnson's... is how I'm reading it. That's not 100%, however.

  • With Tyler Higbee (ankle) on injured reserve, the Rams cut way back on their usage of 13 personnel, which meant gains for Puka Nacua in snap/route share.
  • RB Kyren Williams got seven of his 12 carries in the fourth quarter. Before that, he played 64% of snaps but had just five carries and one target. Blake Corum had four carries and no targets on 36% of snaps before the fourth quarter.
    • The Rams just didn't run much, instead throwing all over the Bucs.
    • It's the second time this month that Williams was allowed to pad his stats in garbage time. That's nice for fantasy, but not as nice as what his role used to be before garbage time. Williams could still have a couple of big games down the stretch, but there's huge dud risk each week, with the Rams throwing a ton in certain matchups and then using Corum for a decent chunk of the rushing work.
