Hotspots on this week's NFL injury report include Cleveland's offensive line, Kansas City's offensive line and Arizona's wide receivers.

Make sure to keep up with NFL breaking news throughout the weekend, especially Sunday morning when inactive lists are released at 11:30 a.m. ET for the early games.

Below you'll find four different categories, with our lists including key offensive linemen and defensive players whose absences might impact fantasy decisions. The bottom section, for potential game-day decisions, is sorted by kickoff times. It can be used as a checklist/cheatsheet for Sunday when inactives come out and we need to adjust lineups.

Truly Questionable / Game-Time Decisions 🤔

Players with key fantasy repercussions listed in bold.

Early Games

Sampson isn't someone that people are really looking to use in fantasy right now, but his increased role the past two weeks has relevance for Quinshon Judkins' projection in a highly favorable spot at home against the Titans. Sampson's ability thus looms large for DFS, with his return to a limited practice Friday giving him a shot to play.

Kincaid is another to watch for fantasy, getting the TE dream matchup against Cincinnati. Dawson Knox hasn't done much in Kincaid's absence but would be a reasonable streamer or DFS play against the Bengals if Kincaid is out again.

Washington is kind of the same deal, where you might or might not have interest in using him, but would definitely need to adjust target-share projections for fantasy-relevant players if Washington ends up inactive. Jakobi Meyers already has a lot of buzz this week, but Brian Thomas and Brenton Strange could also benefit if Washington is out.

Late-Afternoon Games

Primetime Games

Hampton seems likely to return after upgrading to full practice participation Friday, but he may start off in a timeshare with Kimani Vidal, who apparently made a strong impression on Jim Harbaugh over the past month. Herbert also seems likely to play, though it didn't sound 100 percent on Friday
