Listed as Questionable - Should Play 👍
WR Noah Brown (IR - groin/knee)
Truly Questionable / Game-Time Decisions 🤔
Players with key fantasy repercussions listed in bold.
Early Games
RB Dylan Sampson (calf)
WR Parker Washington (hip)
WR Chris Olave (back)
TE Dalton Kincaid (hamstring)
RB Ty Chandler (IR - hamstring)
Sampson isn't someone that people are really looking to use in fantasy right now, but his increased role the past two weeks has relevance for Quinshon Judkins' projection in a highly favorable spot at home against the Titans. Sampson's ability thus looms large for DFS, with his return to a limited practice Friday giving him a shot to play.
Kincaid is another to watch for fantasy, getting the TE dream matchup against Cincinnati. Dawson Knox hasn't done much in Kincaid's absence but would be a reasonable streamer or DFS play against the Bengals if Kincaid is out again.
Washington is kind of the same deal, where you might or might not have interest in using him, but would definitely need to adjust target-share projections for fantasy-relevant players if Washington ends up inactive. Jakobi Meyers already has a lot of buzz this week, but Brian Thomas and Brenton Strange could also benefit if Washington is out.
Late-Afternoon Games
WRs Matthew Golden (wrist) & Jayden Reed (IR - collarbone/foot)
WR Xavier Weaver (hamstring)
Primetime Games
QB Justin Herbert (left hand) - MNF
RB Omarion Hampton (IR - ankle) - MNF
WR Jahan Dotson (toe) - MNF
TE Tucker Fisk (ankle) - MNF
Hampton seems likely to return after upgrading to full practice participation Friday, but he may start off in a timeshare with Kimani Vidal, who apparently made a strong impression on Jim Harbaugh over the past month. Herbert also seems likely to play, though it didn't sound 100 percent on Friday
HC Jim Harbaugh on RB Kimani Vidal: "The proof is in the pudding with the way he's played...He's played like a #1 back."
He said it "warms the cockles of the heart" to see Vidal embrace contact and take on defenders.

Key Defensive Players + O-Linemen
DT Mason Graham (ribs), DT Mike Hall (ribs), LB Devin Bush (foot)
DT David Onyemata (foot), OLB James Pearce (back)
DE Travon Walker (knee), DT Arik Armstead (hand)
LT Christian Darrisaw (knee), LG Donovan Jackson (ankle)
RT Spencer Brown (shoulder)
RT Tristan Wirfs (oblique)
C Aaron Brewer (ankle)
DE Maxx Crosby (knee), LB/DB Jamal Adams (knee), S Jeremy Chinn (back)
RG Jordan Meredith (ankle), LG Dylan Parham (back)
RT Kelvin Beachum (groin)
DT Poona Ford (calf)
S Javon Bullard (ankle), CB Nate Hobbs (knee)
CB Kamari Lassiter (foot)
RT Lane Johnson (foot), LB Zack Baun (hand), EDGE Jaelan Phillips (head)
Bowles said Tristan Wirfs was able to practice today and will be questionable for Sunday after being limited this week by an oblique injury.
