2023 Fantasy Outlook
Palmer may only be a rookie sixth-round pick, but his 4.33 40-yard dash is the stuff of a higher-pedigreed player. He finished his college career at Nebraska last year after transferring from LSU and made the most of the move, totaling 71 catches, 1,043 receiving yards and nine touchdowns. Palmer's speed is naturally unrivaled on the team, but how well it translates against pro defenses remains to be seen. For the moment, he seems almost certain to open the season as the No. 4 wideout, at best, behind the experienced trio of Mike Evans, Chris Godwin and Russell Gage. Read Past Outlooks

Records second touchdown Sunday
Palmer brought in two of three targets for six yards and a touchdown in the Buccaneers' 26-9 win over the Saints on Sunday.
ANALYSIS
The fleet-footed rookie did his damage close to the line of scrimmage Sunday, recording his second career touchdown on a one-yard grab just before halftime. Deven Thompkins enjoyed a bigger role once Mike Evans exited the game with a hamstring injury, but Palmer could also be in line for more targets Oct. 15 against the Lions if Evans can't recover sufficiently during the Bucs' Week 5 bye.

Jim Coventry reacts to the Week 4 action, including Josh Allen, who was not about to be upstaged by Tua Tagovailoa on his home field.

With veteran breakout candidates all falling flat, a pair of NFC North tight ends are rapidly emerging as the league's new stars at the position.

The Dolphins rightfully get most of the headlines this week, but De'Von Achane might not be the only emerging rookie star in a high-flying AFC offense.
