Goalie
Mike Smith, CGY vs LA ($8,600): Smith has been doing a great job of protecting the blue paint lately despite being dealt a couple tough-luck losses in his last two starts. The veteran has allowed just five goals over his last four starts with two of those tallies coming in overtime. He's averaged 28.2 fantasy points over that span and has seen at least 33 shots in each contest. Smith has had great success against the Kings over his career with a .930 save percentage and 2.29 GAA.
Center
Anze Kopitar, LA at CGY ($6,800): Kopitar's two-point night Tuesday made extended his point streak to four games. Over his last six games against Calgary, the native of Slovenia has three goals and four assists.
Tyler Bozak, TOR at CHI ($4,400): Bozak has been a bit cold of late, but the veteran playing in his ninth season is in a good spot to get back on track on against the Blackhawks. Chicago has surrendered 13 goals and 20 assists over the last month to centers, the fourth-most fantasy points allowed to the position over that span.
Wing
Matthew Tkachuk, CGY vs LA ($6,600): The 20-year-old has at least one goal in six of his last seven games with three assists over that stretch. In his last two games against the Kings, Tkachuk has two goals and an assist.
Zach Hyman, TOR at CHI ($5,000): Over his last three games, Hyman has two goals and an assist and has a great chance to find the scoresheet again Wednesday. Over the last four weeks, the Blackhawks have allowed the sixth most fantasy points to left wings with 11 goals and 16 assists allowed to the position over that span.
Brandon Saad, CHI vs TOR ($6,000): Saad is in the midst of a brutal stretch without a point in his last seven games. That all could change Wednesday against Toronto, which has allowed the third most fantasy points to left wings over the last month. During that 12-game stretch, the Leafs have allowed 12 goals and 17 assists to the position. At over three shots on goal per game, Saad is a good bet to provide some production.
Defense
Jake Gardiner, TOR at CHI ($4,100): Gardiner has a three-game point streak going with four assists over that span. That streak has a great chance of continuing Wednesday against the Blackhawks, who have allowed the second most fantasy points to defensemen over the last month of action.
Jake Muzzin, LA at CGY ($4,500): With an assist Tuesday against the Canucks, Muzzin now has a point in six straight games with a goal and five assists over that span. Much like his teammate Kopitar, Muzzin has had success against the Flames with a point in four of his last five games against the Western Conference rival.
