Goalie
Frederik Andersen, TOR vs NYI ($8,200): The 28-year-old is fourth in the league in wins (24) and shots faced (33.80 on average), which increases his upside against the high-powered Islanders offense.
Center
Henrik Zetterberg, DET vs SJ ($5,900): With the struggles that the Sharks have experienced with opposing centers, including 14 goals and 21 assists in their last 11 games, Zetterberg shapes up as a great option Wednesday. It's clear that Zetterberg has not had the season we're all used to seeing with just six goals, but with the Sharks playing their second road game in as many nights, I'm willing to take a shot on the Red Wings' captain at home.
Nazem Kadri, TOR vs NYI ($5,300): The 28-year-old pivot has three goals in his last two games and seven in his last six against the Islanders. The Isles have allowed the fifth most fantasy points to centers over the past four weeks, making Kadri, who sees time on the top power-play unit, a viable option Wednesday.
Wing
William Nylander, TOR vs NYI ($6,200): Three goals and two assists against the Islanders in his last four games are numbers that Nylander will look to improve upon Wednesday. The second-year winger is riding a three-game point streak with a goal and three assists over that span. The matchup can't get much better for the young Swede, with the Islanders allowing 3.63 goals per game on the road, the highest mark in the league.
Anthony Mantha, DET vs SJ ($4,600): Mantha, the Red Wings' leader in goals with 16, finds himself in a good spot skating on the first line as well as on the top power-play unit. The Sharks have allowed 10 goals and 13 assists to right wings over the last 10 games. The second-year winger is a good stacking option with Zetterberg in tournaments Wednesday.
Travis Konecny, PHI at WAS ($4,800): The 20-year-old winger has been skating on the first line and has been red-hot of late. With a point in five straight games and a goal in each of his last four contests, the London, Ontario native is taking advantage of skating with Sean Couturier and Claude Giroux.
Defense
Jake Gardiner, TOR vs NYI ($4,100): Gardiner has a five-game point streak going, and with the absence of Morgan Rielly, has become an offensive force on the blue line for Toronto. The Islanders have allowed the third most fantasy points to defensemen over the last month — including two goals Tuesday to Keith Yandle and Michael Matheson.
Marc-Edouard Vlasic, SJ at DET ($4,400): Prior to Tuesday's loss to Pittsburgh, Vlasic had recorded five points over back-to-back games. The 30-year-old blueliner is averaging over 22 minutes of ice time over his last six games while recording 20 blocked shots.
