Recommended Pickup

Patrick Corbin, P, AZ – We haven't heard from Corbin since 2013 because he showed up to the following spring training in need of Tommy John surgery. A season and a half later, Corbin is back and has joined Arizona's rotation. The 25-year-old made his first start Saturday and allowed two runs in five innings. Prior to that, Corbin was roughed up in a Double-A appearance before turning in three good starts at Triple-A (2.16 ERA, 1.12 WHIP in 16.1 innings). We still do not know the real Corbin. Those that remember his 2013 likely remember the contrast between his first half (11-1, 2.35 ERA) and his second half (3-7, 5.19 ERA).

Other Recent Recommendations:Ervin Santana, Miguel Sano, Alejandro De Aza, Cesar Hernandez, Mitch Moreland, Kendall Graveman
