But when Booker returned on Tuesday and hoisted 15 shots, Ayton still posted 35 points from 18 field goal attempts. The Suns are still short-handed with Bridges and Johnson shipped off to Brooklyn and Durant and Bazely not yet ready to make their Suns debut. That means scoring-challenged Torrey Craig (2 points last game) and Jock Landale are both starting, which leaves plenty of shots for Ayton. Expect 32-plus minutes from the big center and hopefully a lot of buckets. Frankly, Booker's on-court presence and perimeter shooting should free up the key for Ayton.
