Top Power Four Social Media Teams of Week 10
This week's top team in the Power Four ranks, social media growth wise, was the
Vanderbilt Commodores, who jumped three spots nationally in Week 10 despite falling to the 20th ranked Texas Longhorns in Austin, 34-31.
That three-point road loss wasn't enough to stem the nation's love for Diego Pavia and company, however, with Vandy gaining 1.201% more followers week-over-week to finish ahead of another CFB darling, in Curt Cignetti's Indiana Hoosiers, who stayed at No. 2 nationally after gaining 1.052% more followers this weekend by shellacking Maryland, 55-10.
After the Commodores and Hoosiers, the nation's other social media darling was the third-ranked Texas A&M Aggies of the SEC, who gained 0.570% more followers during the team's bye week after delivering the final blow to Brian Kelly's LSU era, 49-25, on Oct. 25.
Throw in the no longer unbeaten
Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets at No. 4 (+0.366%) and 5-3 Wake Forest Demon Deacons (+0.347%) and you have the top five teams in the Power Four ranks covered on social media, while Rutgers (+0.312) and Minnesota (+0.311%) found themselves on the outside looking in as we approach Week 11 of the season.
When it comes to 2026 CFP title betting odds, nobody comes close on our Power Four social media charts to Cignetti's Hoosiers team, as oddsmakers from FanDuel Sportsbook give IU the second-best national championship betting odds nationally, at +460, with Indiana ranking behind Big Ten rival Ohio State (+220) and ahead of Alabama (+750), while Texas A&M is fourth overall, at +900.
