There are only three days left in the NHL regular season, and they are pulling out all the stops Thursday with a 12-game slate. You have a ton of options for your daily fantasy lineup, but here are my recommendations.
GOALIE
Petr Mrazek, CAR vs. NJD ($8,200): Mrazek has been stellar down the stretch, as he has a 1.79 GAA and .939 save percentage in his last 10 starts. The Devils' offense has been…less than great recently. They've only scored 2.20 goals per game since the All-Star break, lowest in the NHL.
CENTER
Ryan Nugent-Hopkins, EDM vs. SAN ($6,600): Nugent-Hopkins has bounced between center and the wing, but either way he's been scoring. The 25-year-old has notched 28 goals on 207 shots to go with 39 assists. As for the Sharks, they've been quite poor on the road all year defensively. They have a 3.48 GAA and .881 save percentage in away games.
Ryan Johansen, NAS vs. VAN ($5,600): Johansen has tallied nine points in his last 11 games. That gives him 63 points in 78 games, including 50 assists for the first time in his career. The Canucks have a 3.05 GAA on the road, and Jacob Markstrom has struggled a bit recently. He has a 3.23 GAA and .899 save percentage in his last eight outings.
WING
Brady Tkachuk, OTT at BUF ($6,000): Sure, the Senators are on the road for the second game of a back-to-back, but this is just too good of a matchup to pass up. The Sabres have a 3.90 GAA since the All-Star break. Plus, Tkachuk has nine points in his last eight games, as well.
Ondrej Palat, TAM at TOR ($4,500): Palat has started 59.3 percent of his shifts in the offensive zone, highest on the Lightning. He's also skating on Tampa's top line alongside Steven Stamkos. Toronto's defense has had some struggles since the All-Star break. In that time they have a 3.26 GAA and have given up 33.6 shots on net per contest.
Victor Olofsson, BUF vs. OTT ($3,500): In his limited time with the Sabres, Olofsson has been given all the opportunity in the world. He's skating on Buffalo's top line and gotten plenty of power-play time as well. Now he's facing a Senators team with a 4.36 GAA that's also on the road for the second game of a back-to-back.
DEFENSE
Dougie Hamilton, CAR vs. NJD ($6,200): Hamilton has put ton of pucks on net, as he's notched 253 shots on the season. That's helped him pot a personal-best 18 goals, including four in his last five games. Meanwhile, the Devils have a 3.92 GAA in away contests, second highest in the league.
Marc-Edouard Vlasic, SAN at EDM ($4,200): Vlasic hasn't always been known for his scoring, but he's been racking up the points recently. Over his last 12 games he has two goals and eight assists. As for the Oilers, they have a 3.47 GAA since the All-Star break.
