FanDuel is still hiding player ownership percentages; however, I was able to enter a ton of lineups on Thursday, so I should have a pretty good beat on the highest owned players for week 10 of the NFL season. This week, I will cover some quick tricks of the trade, guess at the highest owned players for the week and provide some picks.
GPP Contests – Finding the Right Tournament (Single Entry)
FanDuel offers a ton of different tournaments at a variety of price points. For example, FanDuel has two different $10 entry tournaments called the "$500k Sun NFL Kickoff" and "$50k Sun NFL Scramble". Besides the much larger field in the Kickoff, and thus the higher prizes for top finishers, there is one major difference. The Kickoff allows for multiple entries and the Scramble only allows one entry per user. Does this matter? Yes, for a couple reasons. Because the Scramble only allows one entry, "Daily Pros" only get one bullet. In other tournaments with multiple entries allowed, the "Daily Pros" get to add as many lineups as they want. Some guys will enter a ton of different lineups and get to try many different combinations. Also, they will "stack" the same lineup and enter it many times. If that lineup hits, they will take up many spots in the prize pool. In the tournaments that only allow one entry per user, the field is filled with more average players instead of the pros. Daily fantasy is about taking advantage of every edge you can find, so grind on.
To find these types of tournaments, look in the lobby, click the "Tournaments" tab, and look for contests without the yellow "M".
Some of the single entry NFL tournaments include: the $60K Sun NFL Touchdown ($50), $50K Sun NFL Scramble ($10), $40K Sun NFL Spike ($5), $25K Sun NFL Safety ($2) and the $40K Sun NFL Squib ($1). I suggest entering these before entering any other large tournaments.

WR – Martavis Bryant ($6,100)*Highest Owned in Week 10, Julio Jones ($8,000), Mike Evans ($6,600)

K – Matt Prater ($4,700)
D – Denver Broncos ($5,300)
*Jeremy Hill was close to 70 percent owned in the Thursday Bomb, the highest ownership I've ever seen. He only scored 4.6 fantasy points, so if you faded him, you are in a great spot.
Week 10 GPP Plays – Low Ownership Players
QB – Cam Newton ($7,700)
RB – Darren Sproles ($6,300), Le'Veon Bell ($8,700)
WR – Michael Floyd ($6,400), Alshon Jeffery ($7,900), Calvin Johnson ($8,880)
TE – Vernon Davis ($5,500)
K – Brandon McManus ($4,700)
D – New Orleans Saints ($4,600)
Week 10 Value Play of the Week
Justin Hunter, WR ($5,400) – Hunter is at a great price point right now. He could easily put up a dud, but he has the ability to have a great game at a very reasonable price.
Week 10 Stud of the Week
Calvin Johnson WR ($8,880) – Johnson is still the best receiver in the NFL, and his price has dropped. People will be off him until he proves that he is back to full strength. Jump on Megatron before everyone else does.
