This week's piece is light. I buried my mom this week -- that's why I didn't file anything last week -- and I didn't get to stream or watch many games either. But there were a few moments that stood out. I'll have more for you next week.
And since this column is briec, I'll share a wicked new feature we recently launched. It's in the Projections drop down, and it's called Ceiling/Floor Projections. It's the kind of information that can help you in trade scenarios, especially when you're leveraging hot starts into season-long success using the rest-of-season outlook. And if you haven't done it yet, link in your leagues and team using the Add My Leagues green button in the upper right. You'll get an instrant comparison to the players you intend to add.
Now, let's take a look at who caught my eye.
Devin Cooley, G, Calgary (3 percent Yahoo!) -- Devin Cooley who? Yeah, the Flames suck. And Dustin Wolf (86 percent Yahoo!) has struggled under a heavy workload. Cooley had a fantastic week by starting and winning back-to-back games with only two goals allowed in each contest (56 saves). Wolf is in net late Sunday during the first matchup of a tough road trip that goes from Vancouver to Tampa Bay, Florida and Carolina. That's a recipe for losing, no matter who's in net. But Cooley could give you a boost in total saves if you count that stat. And he might even get

And he might even get lucky with a win.
Adam Fantilli, C, Columbus (46 percent Yahoo!) -- Fantilli has turned up the heat over his last nine games. The pride of Nobleton, Ontario has 11 points - including seven goals - 25 shots and 59 faceoff wins (50.2 percent) over that span and 17 points in 22 games overall. If this uptick is real, Fantilli could be a 30-plus goal, 75-point pivot. Managers are catching on and his rostering is creeping up. There may still be time to get on board.
Charlie Lindgren, G, Washington (9 percent Yahoo!) -- Logan Thompson (96 percent Yahoo!) has hit a bit of a wall, so it's Lindgren's time to shine. And he has after beating LA on Monday and Montreal on Thursday while decent in relief Saturday against Tampa. Lindgren is still the No. 2, but it wasn't long ago when he and Thompson worked as a tandem. The Caps will do what the Caps will do. I'm going to invest.
Brock Nelson, C, Colorado (41 percent Yahoo!) -- Nelson is a regular on this list every year. Maybe even twice. Nelson never gets the respect he deserves, yet that means he's often available to help managers like you and me. He went into Sunday on a five-game, seven-point streak with three goals - including one on the power play - and 12 shots. Nelson is only a few seasons removed from back-to-back 75 and 69 point campaigns. He's 34, but scoring is scoring no matter the age.
Darren Raddysh, D, Tampa Bay (9 percent Yahoo!) -- Raddysh heads into Monday night on a four-game, six-point scoring streak. He's become the lead in place of Victor Hedman (97 percent Yahoo!), who's on LTIR with an undisclosed injury. It should come as no surprise as Raddysh delivered 37 points in 73 games last season with nine - seven of those assists - across 15 appearances. I got lucky and snagged him before his three-point outburst on Tuesday. Raddysh is more of a pass-first, second PP blueliner, though he's smart and works within a strong system. That counts for a lot.
Mattias Samuelsson, D, Buffalo (19 percent Yahoo!) -- Samuelsson had a four-game, four-point streak (three goals) snapped Sunday. But he's already set a career mark in goals (five) from only 19 outings. And he's on his way to his first 100-hit, 170-block season. If Samuelsson can maintain even a touch of offense the rest of the way, he could also reach 35 points for the first time. That makes him a perfect fit in deeper formats counting those muscle stats, even if he fails to get you special-teams production.
Beckett Sennecke, RW, Anaheim (11 percent Yahoo!) -- The baby-faced Sennecke has been remarkably productive as a teenager and heads into Wednesday on a four-game, four-point scoring streak (one goal, three assists). But it's more than that. Sennecke has 11 points - including seven helpers - during 12 November matchups (21 shots, 10 PIM, 10 hits). He's on the Quacks' top line with Leo Carlsson (90 percent Yahoo!) and Cutter Gauthier (93 percent Yahoo!) while toiling on PP2. Sennecke may not maintain his current 60-point pace, but then again he might. He's that good.
Mats Zuccarello, RW, Minnesota (30 percent Yahoo!) -- The Norwegian Hobbit is finally healthy, and he's already delivering going into Sunday on a three-game, five-point run that covered four assists. Zuccarello put up 54 points in 69 games last season and immediately assumed his role on PP1 upon returning from injury. He's a recipe for fantasy success for managers looking for a boost at the quarter pole.
Until next week.
