SLATE PREVIEW
Colorado (vs. Anaheim), Minnesota (vs. San Jose), Carolina (vs. Washington) and St. Louis (vs. Calgary) are the biggest favorites on the Moneyline. The over/under for Maple Leafs-Bruins, Sharks-Wild, Ducks-Avalanche and Blue Jackets-Kraken is 6.5 goals. The Capitals-Hurricanes, Kings-Canadiens and Stars-Senators matchups anticipate 6.0 goals being scored, while the Flames-Blues and Jets-Canucks contests expect 5.5 goals.
GOALIES
Connor Hellebuyck, WPG at VAN ($8,000): Hellebuyck has lost his past two starts while making 48 saves on 52 shots. He has a 2.03 GAA and a .927 save percentage in five road appearances this campaign. Hellebuyck has won seven of his last 10 outings against the Canucks. He has allowed two goals or fewer in each of those victories.
Jordan Binnington, STL vs. CGY ($8,000): Binnington has one win in his last seven appearances (1-4-2) while allowing 23 goals on 151 shots. However, he has bounce-back appeal for Tuesday's slate. Calgary ranks 32nd in the league with 2.06 goals per game. He also has a record of 8-1-0 in 10 previous outings versus the Flames, including a mark of 2-0-0 with a 1.96 GAA and a .940 save percentage last season.
VALUE PLAYS/ONE-OFFS
Macklin Celebrini, SJS at MIN ($7,900): Celebrini has amassed eight goals and 18 points in 10 games going into Tuesday night's action. He has been held off the scoresheet on only one occasion during that span. Celebrini also has three goals on 11 shots and three assists during a three-game point streak.
William Nylander, TOR at BOS ($7,800): Nylander has picked up at least one point in each of his past 10 appearances, compiling seven goals on 22 shots and 12 assists during that stretch. Since returning to the lineup from an injury, he has earned three multi-point efforts during his four-game point streak.
Morgan Geekie, BOS vs. TOR ($5,300): Geekie has generated nine goals on 32 shots and two assists in his past 10 outings. He has earned at least one point in nine games during that span, and has registered two goals and two helpers over his three-game point spree.
Cole Perfetti, WPG at VAN ($3,900): Perfetti didn't find the scoresheet in his season debut versus Anaheim on Sunday, but he has plenty of bang for the buck upside for Tuesday's slate, especially if Winnipeg's power play makes some noise against Vancouver's 31st-ranked penalty kill.
FORWARD LINE STACKS
Stars at Senators
Wyatt Johnston (C - $7,300), Mikko Rantanen (W - $7,700), Sam Steel (W - $3,000)
Johnston has notched five goals, 15 shots and six assists during his five-game point streak. Rantanen's four-game point spree ended in Sunday's 2-1 win over Seattle, but he has registered four goals, five helpers and 19 shots across his last five outings. Steel has provided one goal, five points and five shots in the past five contests.
The top line of Dallas could be worth the salary investment for Tuesday's slate. Ottawa has struggled defensively this season while allowing the third-most goals per game (3.63).
Ducks at Avalanche
Leo Carlsson (C - $5,800), Chris Kreider (W - $5,400), Troy Terry (W - $5,200)
Carlsson has accumulated eight goals on 23 shots and 11 assists over his 10-game point streak. He has six multi-point efforts, including one in four straight contests. Kreider has produced five goals on 14 shots and two helpers in the last six games. Terry has picked up at least one point in 10 of his past 11 matches while collecting five goals and 11 assists. He has six helpers and eight shots during his four-game point spree.
Anaheim's top line has considerable bang for the buck potential for Tuesday's slate. All three players have affordable salary cap hits, and they have been red-hot offensively.
DEFENSEMEN
Cale Makar, COL vs. ANA ($8,300): Makar has failed to earn at least one point in just one of his past 10 outings. He has provided four goals, 11 assists and 24 shots during that stretch. He has two tallies and two helpers over his modest two-game point streak.
Miro Heiskanen, DAL at OTT ($5,500): Heiskanen has supplied one goal on six shots and eight assists across his four-game point streak. He has four power-play helpers and 11 blocked shots over that span.
Morgan Rielly, TOR at BOS ($4,500): Rielly has contributed seven assists during a five-game point streak. He also has six shots on goal and four blocked shots over that time. Rielly has three goals on nine shots and 10 points in his last five regular-season outings against the Bruins.
