PITCHER

Kenta Maeda, LAD vs. WAS ($41): With a 25.8 strikeout percentage and 3.22 ERA at home this season, Maeda presents nice value at his price. Of the remaining teams in the divisional round, Washington is also tied for last in wOBA against right-handed pitchers with a .318 mark.

Clay Buchholz, BOS vs. CLE ($29): The range of outcomes slides from game over to hitting value, and there is very little upside. Still, Buchholz's smoke-and-mirrors act has survived through his past three outings (1.42 ERA and 5.44 xFIP), and his salary opens up enough wiggle room to stack your lineup around him. With limited pitching alternatives and just three games on the docket, Buchholz is a high-risk, modest-reward roll to help mitigate the salary cap.

CATCHER

Yasmani Grandal, LAD vs. WAS ($14): The backstop posted a .347 wOBA against left-handed pitchers this season and capped off the campaign with a .374 mark in the second half. If Carlos Ruiz ($8) draws the start, he's a viable swap given his .359 wOBA against southpaws.

FIRST BASE

Hanley Ramirez, BOS vs. CLE ($22): The veteran has been solid against righties all season with a .342 wOBA, but he finished the campaign with a .429 mark against right-handed hurlers in the final month. At this price, Ramirez should carry a low ownership percentage and feast of Josh Tomlin, who allowed a .356 wOBA to right-handed hitters this year.

SECOND BASE

Howie Kendrick, LAD vs. WAS ($7): Look for Kendrick to lead off against the Nats, and while his statistics are underwhelming (.285 wOBA against left-handed hurlers this season), the price and opportunity make the veteran an upside source of cap relief.

THIRD BASE

Kris Bryant, CHC at SF ($16): It's a daunting matchup, but Bryant has a .438 wOBA against southpaws this season, and it's not his first rodeo against Madison Bumgarner, as they've faced each other nine times over the past two seasons. Bryant owns contrarian appeal.

SHORTSTOP

Addison Russell, CHC at SF ($9): One of the biggest improvements in Russell's game was against left-handed arms this season, as the sophomore boasts a .343 wOBA against southpaws for the year. Even with the tough matchup against Madison Bumgarner, there is against-the-grain potential at this salary.

OUTFIELD

Mookie Betts, BOS vs. CLE ($19): This cap hit isn't prohibitive enough to fade Betts, who has a .388 wOBA against right-handed pitchers this season and hits in the heart of a potent lineup. The only fear is Josh Tomlin (.352 wOBA allowed to right-handed hitters) is pulled too early.

Yasiel Puig, LAD vs. WAS ($9): Used predominately against lefties since returning from the minors in September, Puig had a .416 wOBA through 46 plate appearances against southpaws during the span. At the cost, he's a high-end option.

Jorge Soler, CHC at SF ($9): Another low-priced flier with upside, Soler sports a .351 wOBA against lefties this year and should make his series debut. The matchup should keep Soler's ownership down, too. This is obviously a risky dice roll, though, as Soler played sparingly (112 plate appearances) in the second half of the season.
