Los Angeles Clippers vs. Minnesota Timberwolves: Anthony Edwards to score over 29.5 points, -106 @ DraftKings
Edwards is among the best pure scorers in the NBA, and he should have a favorable matchup against a struggling Clippers team. He was limited by foul trouble in the win over the Pelicans on Thursday, and that limited him to a mere 11 points across 31 minutes. However, that was the first time in six games that Edwards didn't surpass the 30-point mark. The star guard has scored 30 or more points in 11 of his 18 appearances in the 2025-26 campaign, and considering all the struggles the Clippers have had defensively, this could be another instance where he reaches that line with ease. The career numbers also favor Edwards in this matchup. He averages 27.6 points per game in his last five meetings against the Clippers, and in the most recent one, he exploded for 37 points in January.
Milwaukee Bucks vs. Detroit Pistons: Cade Cunningham to record over 43.5 points + rebounds + assists, -112 @ FanDuel
Cunningham has failed to reach this line in each of his last four games, coming close to it in the wins over Miami on Nov. 29 (41 P+R+A) and Portland on Friday (42 P+R+A). Playing the second leg of a back-to-back set is never easy, but the star floor general has an excellent matchup against Milwaukee. The Bucks have Ryan Rollins and Kevin Porter as backcourt options to try to slow down Cunningham, but neither is likely to contain the Pistons guard's explosiveness. Cunningham is having another excellent season in 2025-26 with averages of 27.7 points, 6.4 rebounds and 9.2 assists per game. He's notched at least 44 P+R+A nine times already this season.
Golden State Warriors vs. Cleveland Cavaliers: Donovan Mitchell under 3.5 three-pointers, -113 @ Caesars
Mitchell went 1-for-5 from beyond the arc in the win over the Spurs on Friday. The numbers suggest Mitchell could bounce back Saturday against the Warriors, but his availability is uncertain. Ethan Sands of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reported that Mitchell appeared to tweak something in his right hand during that game, so it wouldn't be surprising if he's limited in this game. For what it's worth, Mitchell has three or fewer threes in four of his last six games, a stretch where he's shooting just 33.9 percent from beyond the arc. The recent shooting woes, the likely hand injury, and the fact that Mitchell doesn't rely entirely on his three-point shooting to contribute offensively tip the scales to the under in this line.
