Quinton Flowers, QB, South Florida: Flowers won't light up the score sheet with his passing, but he has thrown for at least 200 yards in his last three games and has gone four games without an interception. But Flowers' true value comes with his running ability; he's scored eight touchdowns on the ground this season and will go up against Cincinnati's 88th ranked rush defense this week.
Dontrell Hilliard, RB, Tulane: Hilliard, the Green Wave's leader in attempts, yards and touchdowns, comes with some risk as he's only had double-digit carries three times this season, but all three have come within the last five games. This week, Tulane faces the nation's 125th-ranked run defense. Expect Hilliard to be the back who has the most success.
ACC
Jacoby Brissett, QB, NC State: While Brissett has only topped 250 passing yards once this season, he'll face one of his better matchups of the season this week against a Syracuse team ranked 114th against the pass. And one final pitch, Brissett has thrown for at least 200 yards in each of his last four games while posting a 7:1 TD:INT ratio.
Canaan Severin, WR, Virginia: Severin is hot off a three-touchdown day against Louisville, and while multiple touchdowns aren't a likely occurrence, he is the Cavaliers' leading receiver and should see his share of targets as he tries to finish his career on a high note.

BIG TEN:
Levern Jacobs, WR, Maryland: Jacobs may only have recorded more than four receptions in one game this season, but he is the top target in a Maryland offense that plays an Indiana team ranked last in the nation in passing yards allowed.
Shannon Brooks, RB, Minnesota: Minnesota needs two wins to become bowl-eligible, so expect it to turn to the ground game this week against an Illinois team weaker against the run than the pass. While Brooks is the No. 2 back in the offense, he has seen double-digit carries in six of the seven games he's appeared in this season.
CONFERENCE USA
Carlos Henderson, WR, La. Tech: Henderson has turned in back-to-back 100-yard receiving games and has found the end zone three times in his last three games. He's a solid compliment to No. 1 receiver Trent Taylor, and this week the Bulldogs face UTEP's 118th-ranked passing defense.
Kerry Thomas, WR, UT-San Antonio: Thomas has hauled in an impressive 24 passes in his last three games. He hasn't turned it into much yardage, but he should continue to see a high number of targets against a leaky Rice pass defense this week, making him an intriguing play in PPR formats.
MAC
Conor Hundley, RB, Akron: Hundley has found the end zone nine times this season and has been fed a steady diet of carries as the Zips' lead back. He's run for 92 yards in each of his last two games and faces a Buffalo team allowing 172.1 yards per game this season.
Phillip Ely, QB, Toledo: Ely has thrown for more than 300 yards in three of his last four games as the Rockets have opened up their offense down the stretch. This week, he plays a Bowling Green defense ranked 107th in passing yards allowed.
MOUNTAIN WEST
Chase Price, RB, San Diego State: Price is second on the depth chart to Donnel Pumphrey and will continue to get the second crack at opposing defenses, but Price has flourished lately, scoring in each of his last four games and seeing double-digit carries in his last six games. The Aztecs ground game has another enticing matchup this week against a UNLV defense yielding more than 200 yards per game on the ground.
Teriyon Gipson/Jhurell Pressley, RB, New Mexico: Pressley and Gipson split the carries in the Lobos' backfield, but each has had impressive performances in recent weeks against tougher Mountain West defenses, with Pressley bursting out for 132 yards against Boise State last week and Gipson notching 82 against Utah State the week before. Both backs should find room against a much easier Colorado State defensive front.
PAC-12
Jerrard Randall, QB, Arizona: Randall will start if Anu Soloman, who suffered a head injury against Utah last week, is unable to go. Randall, a dual-threat quarterback, will step into a nice situation against an Arizona State defense ranked 120th against the pass.
Phillip Lindsay, RB, Colorado: It's hard to back a Colorado running back on a consistent basis, but when the Buffaloes are going against a Washington State rush defense allowing more than 200 yards per game on the ground, the risk becomes worth the gamble. Lindsay's been Colorado's most consistent rusher, and the one most likely to see the plurality of the carries should the team go in a run-heavy direction.
SEC
Jovon Robinson, RB, Auburn: After not playing much early in the season, Robinson has been solid in his team's last three games, recording at least 90 yards in each game. He'll be the benefactor of the SEC's front-loaded schedule this week as Auburn plays host to the nation's 126th-ranked run defense in a November non-conference matchup.
Stanley Williams, RB, Kentucky: Williams returned from an elbow injury to rush for 115 yards last week against Vanderbilt. This week, he gets a Charlotte team in the process of reclassifying to FCS and surrendered 218 yards on the ground last week.
Sun Belt
Marcus Green, WR, UL-Monroe: It took Green a few games to adjust to the collegiate level, but after scoring in each of his last five games it's safe to say he's now fully acclimated. He averages more than seven catches a game during this five-game stretch and has a nice matchup against a Texas State defense ranked 115th against the pass and 120th in scoring.
Tyler Jones, QB, Texas State: Jones has dealt with turnover issues this season, throwing eight interceptions, including four in his last two games, but he has perhaps his best matchup of the year against a UL-Monroe team ranked 126th in the nation in turnover margin. Jones has shown ability in the passing game at times, with five games where he's topped 250 yards this season. He's a risky play, but one that might prove beneficial as the Warhawks are ranked 115th in the nation in opposing quarterback's passer rating.
