MATCHES (EST)

2:45 p.m: Everton v. Newcastle
2:45 p.m: Fulham v. Leicester
2:45 p.m: Wolverhampton v. Chelsea

3:00 p.m: Tottenham v. Southampton

FORWARDS

Harry Kane, TOT v. SOU ($13,500): There may not be a way around Kane, with this being the biggest favorite Tottenham have been in close to two months. Sure, he usually disappoints at home as a huge favorite, but that trend can't continue, right? Kane has one of the better floors and highest upside of any forward on the slate, even if his overall numbers are down from last campaign. He's still averaging 3.44 shots per 90 minutes and Southampton have given up multiple goals in four of their last five on the road. This is a great spot for a Spurs rebound, and while Roberto Firmino ($12,000) may be equally popular, he's not guaranteed to get opportunities, with only four shots on goal in his last six starts.

Alexandre Lacazette, ARS at MUN ($10,500): I had Jamie Vardy ($11,000), but since he's dealing with a groin injury, Lacazette is the pick. I'm not sold on this being the highest-scoring match, but that's what the odds say and Lacazette should return to the starting XI after sparking the Gunners in their win against Tottenham. He also isn't that far behind Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang ($12,000) in terms of production, with 2.87 shots and 1.24 chances created per 90 minutes. Ayoze Perez ($10,500) has oddly shown a better floor than most in this range, but he doesn't have much upside, and if you believe the Manchester United-Arsenal match will produce goals, Romelu Lukaku ($11,000) and Anthony Martial ($10,000) could also be steals.

Raul Jimenez, WOL v. CHE ($8,500): There aren't a ton of low-level forwards to use on this slate, and that could be an issue if you want one of the more expensive midfielders. Jimenez has at least shown a decent floor, reaching double-digit fantasy points in all but four matches, and he's produced against the last three big clubs he's faced (Arsenal, Tottenham, Man United). There's no doubt Chelsea have great numbers and Wolves are struggling, but they've battled top clubs all season starting with the draw against Man City. Jimenez is averaging 3.33 shots and 1.55 chances created per 90 minutes, and even if he only reaches 10 points, that may be enough as the cheapest usable forward.

MIDFIELDERS

Mohamed Salah, LIV at BRN ($11,000): I'm all about Eden Hazard ($11,500) in this spot, but it's hard to ignore how big of favorite Liverpool are. Burnley have been a disaster on the defensive end, allowing the most shots (114), shots on goal (35) and chances created (88) in the last five matches. Salah isn't posting the same huge numbers as a season ago, but is still averaging 3.84 shots and 2.11 chances created per 90 minutes and this is the perfect spot for him to make the score sheet as the biggest favorite with the most expected goals. Hazard has shown a he better floor, but Chelsea haven't looked as dynamic in recent matches and it's a wonder if he'll play a full 90 in back-to-back games given the minor knocks he's dealt with.

Gylfi Sigurdsson, EVE v. NEW ($9,000): There's a good chance Sigurdsson is on almost every roster due to his price and because he's had at least 14.3 fantasy points in 11 of 13 matches in which he's played more than one half. He's been excellent as the team's main set-piece taker, averaging 2.67 shots and 2.51 chances created per 90 minutes. Newcastle were on a nice run of form and then they fell 3-0 at home to West Ham. As for Everton, they're scoring nearly two goals per match at home and have won their last four at home by a combined 9-1 score line. The only other player I'd consider in this range is Christian Eriksen ($8,500) and I'm not sure he'll make the starting XI on short rest. Richarlison ($8,500) and James Maddison ($8,500) can be considered, but neither have the same floor as Sigurdsson.

Aaron Ramsey, ARS at MUN ($7,500): If you don't want to pay for the Arsenal forwards, Ramsey is a sneaky option if he makes the starting XI after he provided two assists in 45 minutes against Tottenham. His numbers have been decent in limited action, averaging 1.92 shots and 2.36 chances created per 90 minutes. If you want Kane in your squad and some part of the Arsenal attack, Ramsey is a worthy choice for a third midfielder. If Ramsey doesn't get the nod, Jean Michael Seri and Son Heung-Min can be considered at the same price. If you have extra money, Xherdan Shaqiri ($8,000) may be worth a gamble, while Wilfred Ndidi ($8,000) has one of the better floors of any player.

DEFENDERS

Kevin Long, BRN v. LIV ($4,500): When Federico Fernandez ($7,000) and Ben Mee ($7,000) are the most expensive defenders, it's usually a good sign you shouldn't spend up. Long has the same floor as those guys at around 15 fantasy points, and he costs almost half as much. He should again reach at least five clearances with a couple tackles and interceptions, and that's on a bad day. Liverpool have allowed the most clearances (118) and interceptions (40) to defenders in the last five matches and will be on the attack plenty. If you have money to burn, Trent Alexander-Arnold ($6,000) may have the most upside of any defender, with Ricardo Pereira ($6,000) and Matt Doherty ($5,500) close behind.

Wes Morgan, LEI at FUL ($4,500): Morgan is in the same mold as Long but doesn't have as good a matchup, according to the numbers. But while Fulham don't force a ton of clearances, Morgan already has shown a floor of 16 fantasy points against one of the worst attacking teams in the league in Brighton. In fact, the last four matches have been equal to this one at Fulham, and he's managed at least 16 points in all of them. Morgan is averaging 6.34 clearances, 1.48 tackles and 1.27 interceptions per 90 minutes and that will be enough to make value.

Javier Manquillo, NEW at EVE ($4,000): Manquillo will only start if Paul Dummett is still out with an ankle injury so if you're in a bind after lineups come out, Conor Coady ($4,000) is another choice. As for Manquillo, he should be good for another double-digit performance, something he's done in the only two matches in which he's played more than one half. In addition to accruing defensive stats, he has some upside as a left-back who had five crosses and a chance created last match. Whether Everton control the match or if it's more evenly played, Manquillo should at least make value, and that's all you need from the cheapest possible defender.

GOALKEEPER

Sergio Rico, FUL v. LEI ($4,500): This is one of the more difficult slates to pick a goalkeeper because all of the top options actually cost the most. Rico may not get a clean sheet, but he's made 18 saves in his last three starts and Leicester have been held to one goal in each of their last three road trips. If you're rostering Vardy (or another Leicester forward) it may make more sense to use Kasper Schmeichel ($5,000), and if you don't have any of Chelsea's attackers, Rui Patricio is the same price as Rico.
