New York Giants RB Roles
Team: New York Giants
Last Update:   3/21/2024
RB Overview
Role Security: Medium
03/21/24- Devin Singletary is expected to open the season as the lead RB. Singletary could see work on passing downs and near the goal line as well. Eric Gray will compete for at least some of Singletary's role during training camp. For now, Gray will likely see change-of-pace work. Gary Brightwell and Deon Jackson will compete for depth roles.
WR Overview
03/21/24- Darius Slayton is currently the Giants' top outside receiver. However, 2023 draft pick Jalin Hyatt has a similar skillset to Slayton. Although Slayton is the starter, Hyatt may have a chance to compete for that role during training camp. Wan'Dale Robinson is the team's top possession receiver, which should lead to strong target volume. Isaiah McKenzie will likely play a rotational role in the slot.
TE Overview
03/21/24- Darren Waller is the lead TE but missed significant time in 2023 due to injuries. If healthy, Waller may see strong target volume. Daniel Bellinger should see occasional targets in the No. 2 role.
